Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellations that fall on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

This was a great house for our family of 15 to gather. Plenty of space and the hot tub and deck were a plus. We were all adults - over half were young adults - and a few of the twin mattresses would probably be fine for kids but two of the young adults found them uncomfortable. Other than that, it was clean, comfortable, roomy, well-equipped kitchen and the owners quickly responded when I asked a question. Close to everything you want in Fraser and Winter Park. Had a great time!

We enjoyed the stay at this house. It was clean, everything was working, it’s very spacious, good location if you want to go on hiking. The kitchen was equipped and supplied very well. In the bathrooms there was plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner. And we even saw a deer by the property two times! The host was responding in a timely manner to our messages. We recommend this property a lot!

We had super spring snow but managed to have lots of family fun. We drove to MJ to park with easy access We would love it if you could replace the downstairs mattresses as both rooms are getting saggy ( not the bunk beds). This is our 4 th rental and it is an improvement that would be greatly appreciated. We love this house for our families

House was perfect for our group of 15 (3 families). It had easy to access close to Safeway so very convenient, plenty of rooms and beds kids loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again!

The host is very responsive and when informed of an issue had someone there to fix it within the hour. Thankfully it was only a pilot light out! The bedroom layout is great for large groups and oh my, the hot tub was awesome. We were pleased to find some fans in closets to accommodate the hot natured sleepers. Three generations of our family had a great time!

We loved the multiple bedrooms with bunk beds. We also loved the kitchen as it was a great space to prepare meals for a large group. The foosball table was also a favorite. All in all a great place!

We live in the Denver area and have loved being able to spend time in Winter Park with our family. We have 3 boys and a girl. The kids are all skiing now so we have loved being able to come to Winter park and ski along side them!
I (Jen) worked as a Dental Hygienist until we had our 4th child and now I am focusing on our rental properties and being a mom which is keeps me very busy! Ryan owns a business in Denver selling backup power systems.
