Lakeside Retreat consists of a single-storey layout with an open-plan living space hosting an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dual-zone air fryer, kettle, toaster, dining seating for six, a sitting area, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and two twins. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. On-site, guests can find fishing lakes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, steam room, spa, adventure park, horse riding, tennis courts, a restaurant and bookable activities. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture, plus private parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Town: Chudleigh is an ancient wool town resting in the Teignbridge District area of Devon, with plenty of history and scenic sights to explore at any time of year. The town has a history dating back to the Saxon times, with many place names from this time still being seen today, as well as historical wonders such as caves at Rock, as well as an Iron Age hillfort overlooking the town. Chudleigh also hosts a good range of amenities, including two pubs, an English restaurant, convenience stores, quaint shops, and much more to assist with a self-catered stay. The Teign Valley is a dramatically steep wooded valley to the Eastern flank of Dartmoor National Park between the villages of Dunsford in the North and Chudleigh to the South. The villages of Christow, Lower and Higher Ashton, Dunsford, and Hennock are peaceful locations for holidays with beautiful scenery all around with hills, fields, rivers, and stunning thatched cottages. The entire area in and around Chudleigh is a walker's paradise with magnificent views to be admired.
