Tropical Paradise 2/2 in New Smyrna Beach

Beautiful secluded quiet condo with a 2 minute walk to the NO-DRIVE New Smyrna beach, a few steps away from the clubhouse, over-sized heated pool and hot tub. This condo community is in the middle of true Florida landscaping with natural palm trees and lush gardens surrounding it. The unit has free WIFI, Cable, Washer\Dryer, Full Kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. It is equipped with an outside closet that has all the toys/equipment you will need for your trips to the beach. Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, a full bathroom, and has a large flat screen TV. The guest room is equipped with a queen size bed, full bathroom, and flat screen TV. Couch is a sleeper sofa. Next door within a 2 minute walk is a complete shopping center that includes: grocery store, liquor store, pizza place, C's Waffles breakfast restaurant, sandwich store, beach surf shop, and nail salon.

A short drive away is charming Flagler Avenue. This street is lined with delicious restaurants, coffee shops, ice shops, beach stores, museums and art galleries. There is always something fun going on at Flagler like live entertainment, wine walks, art festivals, 5k runs and other great small community events.

This unit is on the second floor with only stairs to go up. We do not have an outdoor patio/deck besides the small area by the front door.

Quiet location with so much to do

The property is a great location with pool and jacuzzi for relaxing in. The beach was very close by too. We enjoyed biking around and on the beach as well. Biked up to Flagler Ave for breakfast and shopping. Everything is close by. The unit had a very comfortable bed (very important) and all the accessories needed for cooking our meals. Having beach chairs to use was a beautiful plus as well as beach towels too. Loved how the units are set in with beautiful forests of greenery and board walks, paths around the property.

Condo construction

The condo was nice. The property is under major construction. It was not easy to stay there during the week days. They are putting up all new siding and windows. Once that is down I am sure it will be beautiful. Hopefully next year all the construction is done.

Previous reviews say it all. Comfortable condo unit in desirable Sun Beach Condo development. Unit has all you need, and residents and guests were welcoming and friendly. Close to beach and amenities. The unit is on the 2nd floor, which would be an issue with persons with disabilities. Otherwise perfect for a couple or small family.

Perfect home away from home

This 2 bed, 2 bath condo has everything. Very clean and comfortable, so much so that two and a half days of rain didn't bother us. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach, pool, grocery and restaurants. The complex is clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Would choose this condo again!
