Prefect Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #10 is a beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. This is our second year staying at Emerald Hill. It is a wonderful property. Well maintained grounds, beautiful pool and very few steps to the beach! Candy at the rental office is awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place, everything was as advertised. One thing that caught us by surprise which was no big deal but may be for some. This place does not allow sun canopies on the beach, only umbrellas. The other thing that I didn’t live was the beach chair rental people had about 75% of the beach staked out by about 7am leaving about 40 feet of beach for everyone else.
