The over-size kitchen island provides a great place to chit-chat and prepare meals. Whether it's meal time or game night - the dining room table provides plenty of room for the whole family to gather.

The living room features two plush couches, a flat screen TV and a decorative fireplace (fireplace is decorative only, not operational).

You'll absolutely love the amazing Gulf-views available from nearly anywhere inside the main living spaces of the condo. Step out on the balcony to really soak it all in - you'll find a table for 4, and two lounge chairs for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and Gulf into the afternoon and evening!

The beach and pool are only steps away, with the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico calling your name!

You'll also find fun shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including multiple restaurants, coffee shops, board-bike-gear rentals, souvenir shops, an oyster bar, a beer garden, candy store, ice cream shops, and more!

Love biking? There's a bike rental shop right across the street and the bike path just outside the neighborhood's gated entrance. This paved bike path wanders endlessly along 30A (the beach road), winding through tiny beach towns for miles and miles.

If you're looking to get out into nature, the Long Leaf Greenway Trailhead is just around the block. Outdoor enthusiasts will love to walk or bike this peaceful trail for miles through the Point Washington State Forest!
