Great house, great location, rough around the edges

The home is perfectly located with a great dock and nearby (15-20 minutes) golf and boat/jet ski rental. The house was in good shape when we arrived - check in and communication with owner were excellent. The attached garage was loaded with useful items like outdoor games, rafts and fishing poles. The provided linens and towels were not "hotel quality". The pantry and refrigerator/freezer were not cleaned of opened items (like crackers, condiments, ice cream), so the house kind of felt like we were crashing at someone's home rather than renting.

Great house with lots of room for adults and kids!

Great house on the water! Easy access to the marinas for rentals and close to all the amenities that make Lake Oconee such a desired travel destination. The owner was very hospitable and very responsive. We will definitely be coming back!
