This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features hardwood floors, well equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, an enormous balcony, cable, 3 flat screen TVs, WI-Fi, central air, with washer/ dryer in the unit, an indoor pool, workout room and more! Handicapped accessible , 24 x7 elevator.

Winter 2023- Available starting October 08 ,2023- May 27,2024 -Requires a 5-7 month lease
• $2,800 per month, utilities included are water, sewer, trash, cable, WiFi, plowing, 2 Parking spaces,Electric is not included. First month’s rent and $2,500 Security Deposit due prior to moving in.
