The property was great, steps away from the beach, spacious unit, with good, clean amenities. Only complaint is cleanliness of the room, with trash around the beds, and the whirlpool tub being dirty.

We have stayed in your building multiple times. The location is great for us. Having an indoor pool is also nice. This is the larger unit, but all the larger units are next to an elevator shaft and you can hear them from the master bedroom, but we knew that before hand.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We’re so grateful for your 5-star review of Lighthouse 1404. Glad the location and indoor pool worked well for you, and we appreciate you returning to our building. Thanks for noting the elevator noise in the larger units — glad that was expected and didn’t take away from your stay. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.

The condo was very clean and right on the beach. View was amazing and so close that you could walk to everything. The only complaint is that one of the bathtub drains is extremely slow! Overall it was an excellent condo in a great location. Checking in and out was easy and convenient.

Great location. Condo is located next to an elevator and the master is directly next to it. You hear it starting at daybreak. Carpet is dirty especially at the entrance to each room. Beautiful views from the 14 th floor. I would not stay in this unit again due to the noise from the elevator.

Thank you for staying at Lighthouse 1404 and for the 4‑star review. Glad the location and 14th‑floor views were a highlight. I’m sorry the elevator noise at daybreak and the condition of the carpets affected your stay — we’ve notified building maintenance about the elevator noise and housekeeping has been asked to deep‑clean and address the carpet stains. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider Liquid Life again in the future. If there’s anything that would have made your stay a 5‑star, we’d love to hear so we can pass it along.

Time to getaway

First time in 20yrs my wife and I went away without the kids. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. There were 5 of us in the space and yet we all had our own space. We would rent again and can’t wait to go back.

Great location. Beautiful beach.

Property is reasonably updated and decor is modern “beachy.” Positives: great beach view and access, multiple nice pools, lots of carts for unloading/loading, quick elevators. Negatives: dirty carpets, worn out mattresses, a bit noisy having elevator shaft right next to bedroom wall. Not enough living room seating for 6 adults.

Great family/senior trip

Location is right on the beach. Easy access back and forth. 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, all very clean. The only time we had trouble social distancing was on the elevator, but everyone was very compassionate. We asked each other if it was ok to ride with them. If they said “no”, it was not big deal, we just waited for the next elevator. Walking distance to the Hang Out and souvenir shops.

Overall nice experience.

Property was nice and clean. The only issue we were unhappy about was the check in process. We did not receive our key code in a text as we were supposed to. Once we got close, we could not get in touch with anyone. This made for an aggravating experience. However, once we were in the room, everything was as expected. We would recommend this property to others.

Nice but never again

The master bed was so uncomfortable we did not sleep well so I purchased a mattress topper, but that did not help much. I was hoping to take a bath in the garden tub, but once I seen the mold around two of the jets I changed my mind. Other than no good sleep, hurting backs, and the tub it was a nice unit. Also, you have to pay 50 bucks per car to park.

We're glad you still found the unit nice overall, but we understand how important comfort is during a stay. We also appreciate the note about parking fees.

Lighthouse 1404

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lighthouse complex is awesome! Every condo faces the beach. The amenities are great! This particular unit was our least favorite of all the ones we stayed at over the years. The furniture was dirty and dingy. Every single mattress needs replacing. The washer sounds like a space shuttle fixing to takeoff in to orbit! We will return again delight house but we probably won’t stay in that particular unit.

Great trip but bring extra towels and wash clothes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint would be the lack of wash clothes and extra towels. This is the first time we have stayed anywhere that we didn't at least have a few extra towels and wash clothes underneath the sink. We are a family of 8 and only had 6 wash clothes so had to go out and buy some more. Overall, it wasn't a big deal but had I known I would have packed extra. Every thing else was great. We enjoyed the facility and the location was great!
