Please be aware there is on-going construction at the resort, and you may experience drilling, hammering, and other construction noise, along with dust and debris on the balcony. Beach access may be altered during this time period as well. THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.


This gulf front condo looks like a page right out of Coastal Living!! You will love the beautiful and relaxing decor. All brand new and fresh and ready for your perfect vacation!!! The floor plan and furnishings are designed to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

One of the most amazing features of this gulf front condo is the gulf front deck! It is HUGE!! 22' Wide by 11' Deep! Wow! One of the largest decks on the island!! It is set up like an outdoor living area!! Relax on the love seat with your coffee in the morning or kick back on a lounger with a book in the afternoon! The perfect spot to enjoy gulf breezes and amazing gulf views!!

The living room overlooks the beautiful shimmering turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters and is very spacious with lots of comfortable seating. The sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. A new, large 55" HDTV Is found in the living room along with a smart DVD player - you can easily log on to Netflix to enjoy a family movie night at the beach.

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. New pots, pans, dishes, utensils – all new!

The gulf front master bedroom is very spacious and features a comfortable king sized bed with super soft, luxury sheets and bedding. The master bedroom opens directly out onto the large gulf front deck. You can lay in your bed and watch and listen to the waves crash onto the famous sugar white sand beach! Doesn't that sound amazing!!! You need to get here soon! :) A 32' HDTV and Smart DVD player is also found in the master bedroom. The master bath has a walk in shower.

Guest Bedroom # 1 has a king sized, luxurious bedding and super soft sheets, and a new 32" HDTV with Smart DVD player. Guest Bedroom # 2 has two full sized beds, a new 32" HDTV, and is stocked with board games for the entire family to enjoy!!

Summer House on Romar Beach is a favorite among visitors to the area! The development has wonderful amenities:

The condo was located conveniently by the elevators with easy access to pool and beach. The complex was centrally located to restaurants and shops. The rooms we ample size and everything we needed was available. Would definitely recommend this condo and the complex to friends.

Great location, very responsive staff, nice unit with awesome balcony & great views. We would definitely stay here again. Walmart across the street was very convenient too. We ordered groceries before arriving. For future renters—small things to know: you need to bring beach towels, any spices/ salt/pepper for cooking. Very few hangers, no rugs or vacuum in the unit. Would be nice to have rugs to prevent bringing in so much sand.

Great family vacation!

This was the perfect rental for our family. It was clean, fresh, and the property was amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, we did a lot of cooking. We used the outdoor grill for cooking out. Our kids loved the grassy area in the back for playing ball. We will be back!

This condo is very, very nice - it is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is better in-person with a very large balcony for relaxing and watching the water. We have stayed in the Summer House condos 3x now and our kids LOVE the pool plus you are also oceanfront. You are in the heart of the action - can't go wrong with this condo.

I cannot say enough great things about this condo. The view in this particular room is spectacular! The bedrooms were great for our family of ten (5 adults, 2 pre-teens, and 3 toddlers) - There was a closet on the balcony stocked with beach stuff (chairs, tubes, bodyboards, etc...) Condo was SUPER clean, and it was beautifully decorated and very homey. SHORT walk to the pool and beach! Beautiful pool overlooking the beach. We will be back! Incredible! Trash chute right across from doorway, beautiful master bedroom beach view, comes with an extra air mattress too upon request. Wonderful communication, text response 24.7, easy check in and check out!

Beautiful condo

My friends and I stayed at this condo for a moms’ beach weekend. The condo is beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with plenty of seating. Everyone felt the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we prepared all of our meals right there. The property itself is in a great location. Easy beach access and a short drive to grocery stores and multiple restaurants. The pool area is beautiful, with lots of seating. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was good and the unit is nice. The floors needs professional cleaning and some items need updating. The building needs some updates. Great view from the balcony. A few places in walking distance from the condo. Love the ice machine in the unit. Would stay again . If I return to Orange Beach.
