-9/18/23-2/05/24 There will be minimal impacts during these dates. The construction will be taking place in the opposite building. You still may hear some noise and the property will still be under construction.
-2/05/24-3/11/24 There will be significant amounts of noise which will include, but not limited to, jack hammering, grinding and hammering with swing stages on the outside of the building
-03/11/24-5/17/24 Unit 602 will be completely closed for rentals.
-11/13/23-1/26/24 The outdoor pool will be closed. Other than these dates the outdoor pool will be open, but could close at anytime if deemed unsafe.
-All indoor amenities will remain open

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Beds were comfy but... IT NEEDS A NEW COUCH!! It could use new appliances too. Not all the burners would work on the stove, the dryer took a couple hours to dry the clothes, and the dishwasher isnt the greatest. We did love the view and sitting on the balcony alot. The security was friendly and the staff kept the building sooo clean! We would stay at the Palms again.The beds werecomfortable,

Great family vacation spot. We had a great time and enjoyed the location and the views. The condo was beautiful. The balcony is fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Security is not in the office consistently. That made getting parking passes for our friend difficult. Then when they did show up they had his car towed! It would have been a perfect trip outside of this.

Fantastic condo. We enjoyed our time immensely. Two things, DO NOT leave any belongings on the beach after 5. All of our chairs, wagon, skim boards, boogie boards, sun lotion, towels, snacks, kites—everything was taken while we hunted crabs around 9:00 PM. There is no recovery from the city. Also, the dryer takes HOURS to dry .
