Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: 135 Buttercup is a wonderful home in a fantastic neighborhood. This inviting 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in WaterColor is sure to help you unwind. With its comfortable furnishings and fabulous location, this will be your perfect vacation retreat. You will be welcomed by the warm tones, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of cottage charm in the great room. You will be able to enjoy meals from the wonderful kitchen, with its high-end appliances, granite countertops, and stunning cabinetry. The peaceful living room, dining room, and splendid kitchen are all included in an open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. On the first floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and access to a screened porch. There is a connecting bathroom with double vanity, a tub, and a shower with an amazing rain shower head. You will also find a guest bedroom with a king bed with a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a shower. The second floor has a second primary bedroom with a king bed and a connecting bathroom with double vanity, a shower/tub combination. Lastly, there is a bunk room that has 1 bunk and 2 full beds, which makes it great for the kids! This bedroom has a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. This house has ample indoor and outdoor space, making for a truly great gathering spot for everyone to spend time together.

Beautiful Home in Watercolor

The house is beautifully appointed and perfect for our two families traveling together. The screened in porch was a great place to hang out. We loved the golf cart and proximity to the beach. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work properly on the first floor for the entire trip. It never got below 75 degrees which was not very comfortable. 360 Blue was not very sympathetic. Also VRBO states there are two parking spaces when there are actually zero. The golf cart takes up the only space on the property so everyone has to park on the street.

Couldn't Haven Been Better

Just loved our stay at 135 Buttercup. It served us well and we have a wonderful weekend at Watercolor for our daughter's wedding. Would definitely stay again and will!!!! 360 Blue Property Managers were awesome too!

Property is Great, Management Company, Not So Much

This house is lovely, and we have stayed here in the past. The location is great, it is beautifully furnished, has a handy ice maker in the kitchen, and is very close to the beach. However, the house needs a deep-cleaning; the soles of our feet were black after walking on the floors! We chose this house because a member of our party recently had surgery, and the golf cart would have be a tremendous help to ferry all of our gear to the beach. Upon arrival, the golf cart keys were missing. We called the management company, who promised to bring a spare set of keys to us that evening. The keys never materialized, and only after three additional calls to the management company did we ascertain that the golf cart was not working. This felt less than honest on the management company's part. They did not agree to rent us a replacement cart. Instead, they offered to refund $100/day for the inconvenience. I left feeling cheated.

Loved the house and were thrilled to have access to a golf cart! We tried to use the outdoor grill but kept getting a strong gas smell & wouldn’t stay lit so were afraid to use it. Please check! Wet towels were found in wash machine when we arrived.

October 2019 Stay

We had a great time. Weather was great for the entire week. The golf cart was an extra bonus for us and we appreciated it. We did have one issue with the television in the bunk room; it was the remote and It doesn’t work well. So we couldn’t get most channels. We will continue to use this property yearly if our schedule permits. Loved it!

We brought our children and grandchildren to have a family week of sun and fun! This is the 3rd year we have stayed in a 360 blue home and this was the best! We loved everything about it! I would highly recommend the bonfire on the beach, it was wonderful!

What a wonderful stay we had! The house was *perfect* for our families and working with 360 Blue was easy. Watercolor did a super job keeping the construction as unobtrusive as it could be. Watercolor is an expensive play to stay, no doubt. But feeling safe and important, as we always do because of the resort and the staff, carries with it an unspoken value. <3 Lord willing, we'll be back next year when all the improvements are finished!

The weather was wonderful. I wish we would have known the pools would be under construction before we booked at Watercolor; that was a vacation game changer with 2 children. As I write this review, the Watercolor St Joe Resort website does not mention any pool closings; access to six property pools is not accurate.... Until the pools are completed, I do not plan to refer anyone to Watercolor. The Buttercup house was amazing. I do recommend additional pest control based on the number of roaches we killed inside the house, as well as a seed tick that attached to my husband in bed. Also consider cleaning the washing machine to get rid of the mildew stench.

We really enjoyed staying at 135 buttercup! Located in the Beach District it was close to the Boathouse pool and marina park, as well as a quick bike ride or walk to the shops, beach club and beach. The inclusion of bikes for the week was a huge plus, especially for my teenagers! We slept 6 adults and 2 teenagers very comfortably. The little landing with trundle bed and desk was perfect for an additional guest. The porch and living areas were nice and spacious! The kitchen has everything you need. 2 suggestions- bigger washing machine :-) we washed a lot of towels! A few more hooks in bathrooms for hanging suits, robes or towels would be helpful. All in all great house, great location and we will definitely be back!

The only good think about home is location. It is in disrepair and needs a lot of work to make it worth expense. We do not recommend this old dilapidated home at all.
