Magnificent villa with heated pool, 900 metres from Farinole beach

If you are looking for beach, swimming pool, calm, nature and the scents of the Corsican maquis to rest with family or friends, our villa is what you are looking for. Saint florent small seaside town where you will find everything you need such as shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors is 10 minutes by car.

The 160 m² villa with an independent heated swimming pool is located 900 m from the sandy beach of Farinole.

Composition from 4 to 8 people:
160 m² interior, a 100 m² terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, heated swimming pool with adjoining garden. Outdoor shower. All rooms are air conditioned.
On the ground floor is the living room with kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) open to its dining area, a lounge area with its flat screen that overlooks the swimming pool and the terrace, part of which is covered so that you can always enjoy the outdoors. Then on the ground floor there is also a guest toilet and a bedroom with 1 double bed which overlooks the swimming pool with a bathroom.
Upstairs are three bedrooms each with an independent bathroom-wc (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds, cupboards).
Safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, Wifi, air conditioning. Cot available on request.

Deze mooie vakantievilla is heel rustig gelegen, dichtbij het zandstrand van Farinole en ideaal voor uitstappen naar Saint-Florent (erg gezellig 's avonds), Bastia, de Cap Corse en wat verder weg Calvi. Het uitzicht is erg mooi. De vier slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben elk hun eigen badkamer. Er is overal airco aanwezig. De zetels in de leefruimte zijn erg comfortabel. Een probleem met de lege batterij van een rookmelder werd binnen het half uur door de contactpersoon opgelost. Wij betreurden dat voor de prijs die we betaalden een aantal zaken mankeerden die we normaal wel atijd aantreffen in vakantievilla's van dit niveau zoals handdoeken voor het zwembad (niet fijn om de handdoeken van de badkamer hiervoor te moeten gebruiken), handzeep, een wasmand (heel fijn om waslijnen in de tuin te hebben, maar hoe breng je je was er naartoe?), een karaf gekoeld water in de koelkast bij aankomst (kleine moeite, maar heel welkome attentie), een aantal extra vuilniszakken, wat peper en zout in de keuken, een schepnet bij het zwembad, ... Ten slotte vonden wij bij aankomst een aantal spinnenwebben en stofnetten in het huis wat niet zo netjes was.Voor ons is het een prima villa, we hebben het super naar onze zin gehad, maar we vonden de prijs aan de hoge kant in vergelijking met onze ervaring met andere vakantievilla's.

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa avec tout le confort notamment les 4 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain et toilettes et la tranquillité des lieux.

Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Villa ist zwar ein Stück vom Meer entfernt, dafür ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge und das auch teilweise mit Meerblick. Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt nur leider zu kurz.

Magnifique endroit

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette villa, très spacieuse, bien équipée et au calme. La piscine est un gros atout car chauffée, et très bien placée. La cerise sur le gâteau, c’est la vue mer que l’on a depuis la terrasse, une super surprise (car pas précisée dans l’annonce). Christelle est une hôte sympathique, réactive et disponible. C’était notre première fois en Corse et certainement pas la dernière !!! Je recommande ce petit paradis.

Notre super séjour familial à Farinole !

Séjour très agréable, un cadre magnifique, face à la mer et aux pieds des montagnes, avec tous les parfums sublimes du maquis Corse, que du bonheur... Maison très confortable, adéquate pour une famille, chacun garde son autonomie, compte tenu de son aménagement. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles, plein de bons conseils touristiques. Je recommande vivement, dépaysement garanti, le départ est difficile et c'est tant mieux. Nous reviendrons probablement.
