The APARTMENT:
Two bedrooms with two beds each, with wardrobes included, central lounge with two sofa beds of 1.80 mts. Covered terrace with table and four chairs. Full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Free WiFi. TV with TDT and smart-tv, kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge with independent freezer and small household appliances.
LIMITATIONS: Second floor without elevator. Not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You could smoke on your covered terrace. Animals are not allowed.
COMPLEX WHERE IT IS LOCATED:
Residential complex, right in the leisure center of Playa del Inglés. With spacious green areas and solarium, two (2) pools, one of them heated, plus one (1) children's pool, bar-cafeteria in the pool area.
IDEAL FOR SMALL FAMILIES.
They need to work and reside in Playa del Ingles, and they do not want to give up the comfort of the services of the downtown areas and the enjoyment of the proximity of the sea. Preference for long stays.

Apartamento en Maspalomas

La verdad que fue todo fenomenal. El recibimiento fue increíble y la zona está al lado de la playa del inglés y muy cerca de las dunas de maspalomas. El apartamento completamente limpio y se está estupendamente, a pesar de ser verano y que haga bastante calor. Muchísimas gracias.

Vacaciones tranquilas y agradables

La estancia que tuvimos en el apartamento durante el periodo comprendido entre 21 y 28 de julio fue excelente. El apartamento se encontraba en un perfecto estado de conservación y nuevo. Bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y zona de ocio. La atención de Elena y Miguel fue de 10, siempre pendientes de nosotros, antes y durante la estancia. Consiguieron que a pesar de las circunstancias que estamos viviendo a nivel mundial, estuviéramos tranquilos y disfrutáramos del apartamento y de la piscina que tiene el complejo con todas las medidas de seguridad. Recomiendo al 100% este alojamiento. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos.

Property was great, as described. Washing machine & dishwasher was great. Internet connection very good. Bedding & towels were a little tired and view from the balcony wasn’t great. Complex itself was well maintained but sunbeds were old and hard and there were no parasols. The surrounding area of Playa del Ingles was a little rundown.

Perfecto el apartamento

El apartamento es perfecto, tiene una buena ubicación tanto para salir de fiesta como para ir a la playa. Además, Miguel y Elena se han portado muy bien con nosotras y cualquier problema que teníamos nos lo han solucionado al momento. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir.

Vi har været meget tilfredse med denne lejlighed. Pæn og ren. Dejligt pool område. Det eneste som var ærgeligt, var at der ingen ovn var, der kunne man godt bytte opvaskemaskinen ud, og så installere en ovn.

Brilliant apartment/location

Me and my family stayed here for Christmas and found the apartment very clean and spacious. Elena and Miguel where very helpful and friendly. The apartment complex is ideally located for the beach and the shops bars and restaurants also with a heated swimming pool so even in December the kids could enjoy the pool and with it being a locked and secure complex we could relax and let the children play as there was no access to the road without a key and nobody can access the complex unless they are staying there. We will definitely be booking again and look forward to going back Izabela

Nice apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood

Elena and Miguel were very friendly and helpful. They met us on arrival and gave us all the necessary information about our stay. We were also able to contact them any time during the holiday if needed. The apartment was nice and well maintained, the kitchen and bathroom were modern and well equipped. The beds and the linen were a bit older in style. I was happy to have a washing machine which we used every day. The neighbourhood was friendly and peaceful. Mostly elderly people and families with children. Nice pool area. However there was really no sound-proof in the apartments so evenings were a bit noisy (music, loud talking, banging doors etc) but it got quiet by the night. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from the beach. Supermarkets, bus stops and taxi stands are nearby.

Nice and clean

The apartment is nice and clean and with all the things you need for cooking. The pool area is big and the small cafe is fine (thouugh you can find much better food just outside the compound). It is a 5 minute walk from the beach and buses that go around the island is just outside the compound as well. Elena and Miguel were very nice and helpfull! I would recommend this place any day.

Solides Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern zwei Wochen in Playa del Ingles verbracht. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Küche und Bad sind neu renoviert und insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwar zwei Schlafzimmer, die Betten waren allerdings sehr schlicht, die Wolldecken alt. Ein Ehebett gibt es nicht. Man muss die Betten zusammenschieben und aufpassen, dass nicht alles wieder verrückt. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und liegt recht zentral in Playa del Ingles. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle und der Strand befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt drei Pools, von denen einer etwas beheizt ist. Für den Preis kann man nicht meckern!

Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wie haben uns wohlgefühlt

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Pool ist beheizt. Leider gibt es keine Sonnenschirme. Das fand ich nicht so gut. Die Ferienwohnung war gut eingerichtet gepflegt und modernisiert. Das hat uns gefallen. Was negativ war, das viele dort fest wohnen und Hunde haben.obwohl es in der Anlage laut Schilder verboten ist. Nichts gegen Hunde, aber das Gebelle auch noch spät Abend geht garnicht. Dafür können die Hunde nichts aber die Besitzer die ihre Hunde nicht erziehen.

Very good and nice apartment

Very nice apartment located near beach, restaurants, shoppingcenter. Nice pool outside with a bar who served nice food and good drinks. Everything was perfect for us in a two week stay.

A really great apartment in a Spanish complex.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Las Olas. The property had all we need for a family of 5. Once the ceiling fans are fixed (one doesn't work and the other is really noisy) that will help at night. The complex is spotless and VERY quiet during the day. When we visited, as most of the units appear to be Spanish owned, there were virtually no people hogging the sun beds and we found that the pools were just brilliant for kids from 6-12. It is a quick walk from the sea and amenities and is a great base for a holiday. Please remember to take ear plugs though. The neighbours can be quite noisy late on at (and sometimes during the) night and a few of them have dogs which bark from time to time... Don't let that put you off though, it was a minor issue in what was a GREAT holiday.

Six friends together for Pride 2014

I would recommend this apartment, it was great value for money and Elena and Miguel were particularly helpful from start to finish. It's a basic apartment but was extremely comfortable considering there were six of us. We kept the sofas as beds for the week, not needing the lounge space particularly. The shower pressure was sometimes tricky to work out, with the shower head launching off into a direction. For a group of six only having two keys was slightly frustrating, and while we managed, even having an extra one would have been a huge help especially as you can't get onto the grounds without a key. We came from Maspalomas Pride and found Miguel and Elena to be very welcoming, and would stay again next year. Thanks Miguel and Elena, from Lisa and co.

Good price, nice resort!

Simple apartment situated in a nice resort. Easily sleeps 4, 6 if needed. Good quality heated pool and gardens. Well located close to beaches and SC Kasbah. Good price!
