Nice holiday home for families

We had a pleasant stay in this clean and tidy holiday home. The space was perfect for our family with three young children. The swimming pool was great, and the outdoor area offered a nice spot out of the wind in the sun. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and the air conditioning worked well. Recommended for families!

Comfortable house in a very good location

Good stay and nice house in a great location, but we had problems with bad smell in the bath room. The owner should fix it for the next guest.

Great

Beautiful house with lots of space for dining and lounging inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside space with a small pool for a refreshing dip. Close to lots of shops and restaurants in San Augustin and less than 5 min walk to the beach. The company responded quickly to anything we needed. The street lights and thin curtains made the bedroom very light. We had to wear sleeping masks.

Insgesamt wirklich ein tolles Haus, leider hatten wir nur eine Baustelle nebenan und das Nachbarhaus war zwischendurch nachts sehr laut. Ansonsten kleinere technische Probleme.

Mooi ruim en net huis op een rustige lokatie met een heerlijke privetuin en lekker zwembadje. Op loopafstand van het strand en winkels. Alles is aanwezig in huis, zelfs strandspeelgoed en strandmatjes. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf!

Ruhig und trotzdem nah am Strand

In der Straße befinden sich viele Ferien- und Wohnhäuser. Die Straße selbst ist recht ruhig, auch nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Es sind nur wenige Minuten Gehzeit zum Strand, auch das Einkaufszentrum ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar,. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und sauber. Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Strandspielzeug und Strandmatten waren auch vorhanden. Das Haus und die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Tipp: Wenn der Strom plötzlich im Haus weg ist, dann alle Sicherungen für 5 Minuten ausstellen. Danach war der Strom wieder da.

The best place to stay in San Agustin

We love the area, it is so close to everything the beach, the Commercial center, restaurants, gym etc. The pool is very cold in the winter, but so are all pools in GC in the winter.

Das Haus ist richtig schön und an einer Super Lage. Der Strand ist nur einige Gehminuten entfernt sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Das Haus und der Garten ist perfekt zum entspannen mit Freunden oder Familie. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit kleine Abstrichen

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in San Augustin. Das Haus und vor allem der Garten waren wirklich schön. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen war genügend Platz. Der Pool war am ersten Tag etwas schmutzig, aber das wurde schnell behoben. Das einzige wirkliche Problem war, dass die Klimaanlage im zweiten Schlafzimmer nicht funktionierte. Auf unsere Nachricht diesbezüglich wurde nicht reagiert. Alles in Allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Overall the location is worth a stay but during our stay there were construction works just in the neighboring house which shared our walls and the noise started early at 8 and ended at 18 so it was sort of hard to have a relaxing time while drills, hammers and saws did their work. But if those works are done, it's worth the stay.

La zona está muy bien, muy tranquila y cerca de la playa

La zona está muy bien, muy tranquila y cerca de la playa. La casa está adaptada para niños pequeños, la piscina con la barandilla es genial para estar en el jardín sin tener que estar pendiente del bebé. Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado. Que a la piscina le da poco el sol y está muy fría. Además en la habitación principal por la noche hay mucha luz, no tiene persiana. El horario del check-in, la entrada es a las 14.00h y la salida a las 11:00h.

Como en tu casa pero con piscina

La casa está muy bien, muy completa y equipada para niños y bebés Las camas y las almohadas son muy finas por lo que bastante incómodas.

Fijn huis, slaapkamer met 2 pers bed 's nachts erg veel licht van buiten, gordijnen hielden dit niet tegen. 2e slaapkamer had 1 1 pers bed en 1 opklapbed. Helaas geen uitzicht vanuit terras, verder prins en netjes, zwembad water schoon maar heel koud.
