I am a semi-retired realtor. I've owned this home since 1993 and have vacationed here yearly. My four children grew up coming here and have numerous fond memories. I am co-owner, bi-lingual and live in California. The other owner is Alfonsina Espinal DeLeon. Affectionately called, Perla. Perla is co-owner, on-site hostess, chef, chauffeur and local activities coordinator.

If you would like a safe, fun and NOT a "all inclusive" Costa Rican experience... this is your place. We offer a comfortable, very clean home.
Very characteristic of the Costarican beach lifestyle. Our amenities are significant but in a traditional Costarican setting. We are happy to accomodate in any way we can.

What makes this property unique
We have taken the time to put in beautiful lawn areas filled with tropical plants, coconut palms, mango tree and various kinds of banana trees all right on the beach. You don't have to go anywhere, you are already there but if you have to go somewhere there are resort activity zones close by in both directions.
