Het is een fantastisch huis, mooi ingericht, voorzien van heel veel keukengerei, goede bedden, een leuke tuin met wat speelgoed voor jong en oud. Helaas is de wifi zeer slecht: iets bekijken op google maps lukt soms, soms niet. 4G niet aanwezig. Met tieners echt wel lastig. En telefoneren lukt niet (zeer weinig netwerkbereik). De ontvangst ter plekke is erg hartelijk. De ligging is mooi op een heuvel, maar best wel erg afgelegen. We wilden lakens bijboeken bij Belvilla op voorhand, maar dat lukte niet. Je geraakt er niet binnen via mail of telefoon...

De huiseigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en hebben ons met veel enthousiasme rond ...

De huiseigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en hebben ons met veel enthousiasme rondgeleid. In het huis was alles aanwezig tot zelfs de zout en de peper om te koken. De kinderen hebben veel gespeeld aan het grote zwembad. Het was ook zalig om airco en 3 badkamers te hebben. Ons hondje was voor de eerste keer mee en heeft zich volledig kunnen uitleven in de tuin. Het enige minpunt was de ligging. Voor uitstapjes naar de grotere steden moet je rekenen op een 30 tal minuutjes en de wegen er naartoe zijn vooral kronkel wegen. Voor mensen met wagenziekte is dit wat minder.

Het was even moeilijk zoeken ,maar werd al gauw goedgemaakt door de eigenaren .Ze zaten op een bankje buiten op ons te wachten .Van de accommodatie kan ik niets negatief vertellen , alles was perfect .De keuken uitrusting was meer dan normaal .Het huis was heerlijk en het weer was geweldig .Binnen een half uur zat je in Frejus en St.Raphael en de zee .Het huis stond in een bosrijke omgeving en het grondstuk was groot en heerlijk rustig .

Wij waren 2 uur te vroeg gearriveerd. Dit was geen probleem voor de eigenaren. Eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Uitleg in het Frans. Er stond een flesje wijn koud bij aankomst. Middels de coordinaten was het huis goed te vinden. Het is een prachtig huis met alles erop en eraan. Wij hadden onze hond mee en deze kon de hele dag loslopen in de tuin. Veel privacy. Veel villa's in de buurt maar toch kan niemand in de tuin kijken. De omgeving is overdag heerlijk. In een bos, maar 5 minuten rijden naar supermarkt en bagnols. Bagnols is erg klein maar er liggen een paar restaurantjes. Strand van frejus en st. Raphael liggen op een half uur rijden, ook dit was goed te doen. Nadeel van de omgeving vonden wij de bergweggetjes in het donker rijden. Wij kwamen hier veel dieren tegen (wilde zwijnen en vossen), waardoor je s avonds bij het huisje de hond niet meer kon uitlaten. Dit gaf soms een beangstigend gevoel, terwijl er geen bijzonderheden zijn voorgevallen. Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad!

Het vakantiehuis in Loustatet was fantastisch. Mooi ruim huis met echt alle voorzieningen die je je maar wensen kan. Alles in prima staat van onderhoud. Fijne keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, woonkamer ook compleet ingericht. Groet tuin met vol op ruimte voor spel, mooi zwembad en ruim terras. Niet in de laatste plaats prima stevige matrassen.

Heerlijk verblijf netjes, schoon en royaal voorzien van allerlei spullen, incl. voor de kleintjes. Bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaar/beheerders! Erg flexibel doen totaal niet moeilijk. Absolute aanrader!
