Clean up the Kitchen after your last meal. Please dispose of casseroles and opened items. If you moved any Furniture during your stay, please return it to it's original location.
Please drain and rinse Humidifiers used and place back to the bedroom closets. If any baby equipment was used; Please thoroughly wipe items down and return to the closets found.
Please feel free to leave a note behind of any improvements that you would like to see made at the lodge; as well as any items that you noticed that we should attend to. Housekeeping arrives at 10AM.

Great ski in/out location on green slope near base of Peak 8. Convenient to base area, cross country skiing, and town. Home was as advertised: nicely configured, well-maintained, clean, and very well equipped. Everything we needed was always already there. Structure of home made it easy to both gather together and to find quiet. Host Jane Hamilton was thoughtful, a great communicator, and very responsive to requests.

Our Thanksgiving week stay was perfect for our group of 12! Jane was an amazing host, and the house was more than adequately equipped to prepare meals and enjoy some great scenery and early-season skiing! The space is very well laid out, with plenty of room to spread out and gather for games and relaxation. Even with a slow start to the ski season at Breckenridge, we were able to access trails so easily, and the location couldn't be more perfect. We will return for sure!

Ski vacation was amazing here. Lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, place for ski stuff, ski in and out, but the icing on the cake is a property manager that cares and is prompt to tend to anything. It was a great experience for our group from start to finish.

Family Getaway Colorado

We have gathered with our 2 families in Colorado several times in the past 12 years this property was the best we have ever stayed in. PERFECTION!

We have stayed at several large ski homes all over the US and this was by far the best! Perfect layout for a large group, super easy to ski-in/out, clean and well stocked. Working with Jane was great and everyone in the group said they want to go back to Breckenridge just so they can stay in the house again.

Amazing home for our large group

Jane’s Timber Lodge was an incredible place to call home for the week for our group of 16. The ski in/ski out was perfection and truly made our ski trip as easy and enjoyable as possible. With 10 adults and 6 young kids, there was plenty of rooms, beds, space to play. The amenities were over the top even with a warm meal awaiting our arrival the first day. We are already looking into dates to come back!

Highly recommended. Jane is an excellent host, the house is as-advertised and the location near the mountain cannot be beat. This house is especially well suited for large groups as there are a variety of bedroom configurations and ample common spaces to be together, a little bit together, or some quiet time alone. We had three families all with small kids, and the ease of getting to Peak 8 lifts and ski school was a major value of this house.

We have a large family this house had plenty of room. You can see the lift from the house.Tom and Jane were great driveway plowed every morning as we had 18" of snow during our stay. We would love to stay in this house again.

Jane's Lodges is in it's 33rd Year in Breckenridge.

Why they chose this property

My Dad and I purchased this home in 1997... It was a small structure with an incredible LOCATION. The idea was to create a large addition designed specifically to cater to the Guest looking for the perfect Mountain Vacation Residence. In 2002 we added 5900 square feet to create what we call The Timbers Lodge.
It has quickly become our most popular home as it caters well to larger parties......Friend and Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats, World-class Athletes have all been hosted here!

What makes this property unique

Living in Breckenridge is magical..... If you spend just a week here; you will definitely experience a little piece of paradise in the Rocky Mountains! We try to create each of our lodges to exude all of the mountain comforts you would look for while vacationing in our town!
