Cozy Okoboji Vacation Home At Bridges Bay Resort - backs to pool! #118

** 3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING PEAK SEASON
** per our HOA, NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES.
* many updates have been made that are not yet reflected in the photos as of Feb 2024. (new flooring in kitchen/living room, new couch + mounted tv, updated decor and bedding in some areas)

This is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Plus Loft free-standing cabin that sleeps up to 15 people, but no more than 10-12 adults. No adults on loft twin beds due to weight restrictions.

I love that my home backs to the pool! You cannot park on the streets in our neighborhood, so if you don't live next to a pool, you are walking back and forth to the use the restroom and whatnot. My home is super convenient!

- Bedroom #1 and 2 both have a King size bed and a closet

- Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed and 2 full beds, and a large walk-in closet.

- Loft has 1 queen, and 2 twins beds (twin beds are NOT made for adults)

- Bathrooms located in the loft and downstairs and are equipped with towels for 15 people

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from small appliances -such as a regular coffee maker, Keurig, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and bake ware, and a small crockpot to make you feel right at home.

- A smart TV is available for your entertainment. Cable is not provided, but you are welcome to sign in to your apps on the tv. Wifi is available, but not guaranteed, as storms can knock it out.

- Washer/Dryer on the first floor. Detergent not provided.

- A propane gas grill and outdoor patio furniture for you to relax and enjoy the summer days and evenings. 2021: striped table and chairs has been replaced with a picnic table for more seating.

- The community pool is right behind my cabin

- Single stall garage, but can park an additional 3 cars in the drive way.

-6 Bridge's Bay Water Park passes per day included.
** Pools and waterpark hours are subject to change. No discount to be given for waterpark/outdoor pool closures**

We were looking for a place that family could meet for vacation. This home had plenty of space for us to stay and relax on vacation. It was close to everything in Okoboji and the community pools were terrific! We will be returning!

Family reunion

This is our second time staying in Amanda’s cabin. There’s plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. The grandkids love the pool behind the cabin and we’re close to Arnold’s Park and all of the other Okoboji things we wanted to do!

The property is stocked so well with many of the little things which really made it nice to not have to worry about forgetting things. Okoboji family reunion

Amanda’s cabin was a great landing place for our group of 10. Plenty of beds for everyone and close to all of the fun Okoboji things to that we wanted to do. Plus a pool in the backyard that the kids loved! Amanda was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions!

Niece’s Birthday

We stayed at the house for our niece's 21st birthday and to check out the winter games. The house was plenty big and comfortable for our group of 10 even with 6 girls getting ready at the same time. The location was great with the buses picking up at the hotel. We were even close enough that we walked back from the bars one night.

Why they chose this property

I chose this home because of the location and the amenities. From my cabin, you can walk a few steps to the outdoor pool, or a couple of blocks to the lake, Bridge's Bay, Bracco's (a lakeside bar and restaurant), or The Waterfront - the resort's newest restaurant and bar. This cabin is located less than 1.5miles from the Central Emporium and other downtown Arnold's Park shops and restaurants. Arnold's Park Amusement Park is less than 2 miles away as well!
