Gorgeous, Upgraded Premium Condo that is North facing, but with incredible sunrise and sunset views from the balcony and front room. Rare to be able to have both in a condo. But nothing about this condo is "ordinary".

You'll feel pampered from the time you enter this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, 3 and a half bath condo. From the gorgeous decor, to the luxury linens and spa grade towels just added, no expense has been spared to make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star resort. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a new 65'' SMART TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. This is the most unique, best decorated condo at Phoenix West II.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. The wet bar is top of the line with an exotic wood top, hammered copper sink and onyx backsplash and a wine/beverage fridge will enhance any party. The detail in this condo will make your jaw drop.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed, there are two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and 4th bedroom has a twin bed, also there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the Living room. The elegant foyer by the entrance is spacious and cozy, has a unique handmade boat bed docked that not only allows a special experience for your little one, but also offers incredible sunrise view from Orange Beach to Perdido Key.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. This condo provides luxury linen for all beds and plenty of high quality spa towels.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo sleeps 12.

For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $45 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Beautiful condo. The only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress and pillows - they were awful. And, of course, the elevators! I’m sure you’ve heard that before! But the condo was very nice and had everything we needed.

Not beach front, so beware if that is what you are wanting, but does have a side view of the beach.

Great Property

Condo was exactly as described and was wonderful! Easy access to the beach/pool/activities. There were 10 of us in the group and we had plenty of room and did not feel cramped for space. Would definitely visit the area again and would stay at the Phoenix West II.

Family Beach 2024

Everything was wonderful! The only problem was the elevator waits! But with such a large property that was to be expected. Suggestion of staggered check in times might help?! But the unit was just right for our family group of 10!

Great Condo

The Condo is amazing. The only down side is it is not on the ocean side of the building that was my fault though for not reading the listing fully I just missed that. The condo management is great though coffee machine was broken and that was fixed next day they were super responsive. Great place.

Perfect season to visit Orange Beach, AL

Our family enjoyed this condo which was ideal for our 10 day stay. I read in the reviews prior to selecting that the views in the morning and evening are pleasant and enjoyable. We agree! Love that fact that this condo offered one king, one queen, two full size beds along with one twin. Four bedrooms and a nice laundry. The king bed was really comfortable and not one complaint from my spouse😊. Everything was clean and comfy upon our arrival. Nothing like walking into a condo and feeling like we can be comfortable. The contact person responded to me in a timely manner which I appreciated!

Great place to stay - poor communication as to amenities available.

The condo was amazing!!! Everything was clean, everything we needed was stocked, the beds were amazingly comfortable, bedding was top-notch quality. I cannot day anything negative about the condo! However, I called prior to booking and was told all of the property amenities were open and available. When we arrived the lazy river was closed, the hot tubs were closed, neither pool was heated. Management company should’ve disclosed that info as we paid a good bit of money to enjoy those amenities and couldn’t.

Condo great! Building needs attention.

This condo was wonderful. The only things we found difficulty we had was with some of the lighting. In one bedroom, the lamp was broken and we could not find a switch for the overhead light. In another bedroom, one of the lamps had no lightbulb. Other than these things the condo was perfect. On the day of checkout, we had issues with the elevators. Only 3 of the 6 seemed to be working and it took over an hour for an elevator to arrive on our floor. We started waiting for an elevator at 9:30 and it was well after 11:00 before we could get all of our belongings down to our car.

Fantastic for families!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2413. We had 4 adults and 4 kids under 5. It was perfect! It even had a little playroom. I loved that we could see the sunset and sunrise from the room. Having a plethora of beach toys/floats was a happy surprise! I had planned on buying a few beach toys for my girls once we got there, but there were plenty! Even a couple beach chairs. It was clean and had better kitchen pans than most rentals I've stayed in. I would definitely book this room again. We also thouroughly enjoyed the amenities of the Phoenix West II. The gym had decent equipment and the water slide was perfect for the kids! I had seen a few reviews that the elevators were slow, but I don't think I ever waited more than a minute or so.

Fall Break Blast 2018!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely magnificent condo which was thoroughly enjoyed by our group of 7 moms and 2 teenage girls! The owner has spared no expense. Each room is expertly decorated and the condo will comfortable sleep up to 9 adults in a comfortable BED. And did you notice the precious swinging daybed? We enjoyed our morning breakfast and coffee on the northern facing enormous balcony which had seating for up to approximately 12 adults. The great thing about a balcony facing this direction is the ability to peacefully enjoy your breakfast without the morning sun shining directly in your face. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine for cooking and dining...including a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There is also a homemade ice cream maker and a really elaborate wine opener. The master bathroom is fit for a celebrity and the other 3 bathrooms are more than adequate. The central unit works great and keeps the condo very cold; and the beautiful tile floors are so easy to keep clean. The seating is plush and the TVs are all very nice and in great working condition. The refrigerator quickly cooled all our food and drinks and also offers filtered water and ice in the door. The location is central to EVERYTHING in Orange Beach. The pools are gorgeous and the lazy river is big fun (even for adults). It is super easy to get back and forth to the beach via the boardwalk and this particular condo offers a ton of beach chairs and a few floats for your use! We rented during a very busy Fall Break week and the elevators were very slow, so patience is recommended! Parking is plentiful and easy to access; a $28 parking pass is required for each vehicle. All in all, this was one of our group's very favorite rentals (and we have been traveling to the area multiple times per year for the past 14 years)! Pick this condo if you need a break from reality and an opportunity to live like you're starring in an episode of "Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous!"

Great condo, wait times for elevator AWFUL

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was phenomenal. Comfortable, roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area for adults was really nice and it was easy access to the beach. If you need to go anywhere and he on time, leave 30 minutes to an hour before you need to be there because you will wait FOREVER for an elevator. There are only SIX elevators for a massive complex with 26+ floors and hundreds of rooms. It really was ridiculous. I saw two ladies almost get into a fight because one felt the other cut the line to get on. The cleanliness of the elevators left a lot to be desired. They smelled sour because wet people are getting on and off of them all day. They did seem to swap out the carpets when we told them about it and it was better
