Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!! All tile throughout the condo!!



We have just renovated the condo to include tile in the bedrooms and new living room furniture!!! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 9th floor directly overlooking the pools and lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. For your convenience our condo is located on the same floor as the tennis court! For larger groups we also have a 3br unit on this floor if you would like to stay close to each other!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds with a sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have plenty of seating on the balcony with a table and 4 chairs and two lounge chairs. We are also in the stack of condos with a private balcony.. no one can see you on your balcony, unlike other units at Phoenix West.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the 3br unit 905 on this floor for families needing two condos on the same floor!



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

It was worn as the table had some rust on it and the cushions had stains on them. Overall, this condo was a great choice for us.

Enjoying the Ocean

This was a very nice property as it was clean, the furniture indoors and outdoors was very comfortable, the kitchen had all the basic utensils and pots and pans to make a meal, and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location to sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds and breeze.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Everyone in our group was 100% satisfied! It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The lazy river was incredible. As first timers to Orange Beach- we will definitely be returning!

Stay of a lifetime!

This stay was amazing! The condo was clean and beautiful. We felt like royalty for the week. The condo has a lazy river, outdoor pools, outdoor slide, and indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also, if you’re into tennis/pickleball, they have courts for that on floor 9 - the same floor as this unit. I would recommend this location a million times. No doubt that we will be back!

Loved it!

We loved our stay at this unit! Our only complaint is that check in is a nightmare if other people are coming who aren’t in the same car as you. Also the pool and Lazy River all close at 11:00.

Almost perfect

Enjoyable stay. Unit was as described. Clean and neat. Easy check in and out. Weak Wi-fi makes doing any kind of work in the room very difficult. That is the only detail that could have been better. Overall, a nice vacation.

The location is fantastic. Perfect spot for younger kids/adults. The property has an indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, workout room & sauna. It also boosts an outdoor pool, lazy river, slide & access to the beach. Very well kept up on all areas! This specific unit is nice, but could use some updates. The grout in all the floors was dark dark brown, almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned or sealed. The curtains in the main living area are stained in multiple areas. Splattered stains of red and brown. The rug has multiple stains on it as well. Just a few upkeep issues. But overall we enjoyed our stay here and it suited all 9 of us well.

Relaxing but in need of refreshing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the amenities of Phoenix West but was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the furniture and outdoor furniture, the pots/pans and the mattresses especially in the master. Paying a premium price for the week should mean that you are getting premium furniture. The couch is blue but stained significantly in places that you can see it is turning brown. Same for the chairs in the living room. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. The cookware was almost unusable. One pan is so uneven that you have to hold it the whole time you cook and everything sticks in the others. The outdoor furniture is dirty/stained and the table is flaking off everywhere. I am not one to complain but given what I paid, I expected more top of the line than mediocre. I have stayed in cheaper Phoenix and had a much better experience with quality for the cost. *I would recommend Phoenix West to friends but suggest a different condo.

Great week

The freezer, probably the ice maker leaks leaving water on the floor. With two small children we experienced a few falls. We learned to keep something in front of the freezer to soak up the water. Also, temperature on the refrigerator needs adjusting. Not cold enough. The hoses on the washing machine are on backwards. When washing on cold, hot water comes out. The last visitors left, put dirty cutting board and cookie sheet and baking dishes back in cabinet. Other than these very minor things everything was wonderful.

Difficult check-in

After spending 9 hours in the car and heavy traffic for the last 50 miles, we arrived at the property at 6:30 pm and no one was manning the guard station. It was open but the guard was not there. We entered the parking garage and went to the front desk where we waited for 30 minutes. We knocked on the office door and finally called Phoenix West office. We were told that the staff leaves at 6 and we had to go to Phoenix III to get our wrist bands and parking passes. We got back in the car and drove over. There was a line of six people. When we got to the representative, she was extremely rude. She said she was managing 14 properties and Phoenix West was not one of them. She said that we should have booked with BrettRobinson. She said the Phoenix West folks were there until 9:30. We got back into our car and went back to Phoenix West. The guard was back at his post and the front desk lady was back The guard apologized for not being there. The front desk lady did not. She gave us our parking passes and wrist bands. We told her that our TV in one of the guest rooms was not working. She said that she couldn’t help us since we didn’t book with Brett Robinson. She said we should not have booked directly with Phoenix West. Obviously not a good start to the trip. We never called about the TV. I would recommend that the pots and pans be updated in the unit.

Convenient, lazy river and slide are great!

We were in room 902. It was decorated very nice with the exception of a few broken arrangements that need to be replaced. On first glance it looks nice. The main issue is it needs a deep clean! The floors are all tile and the grout is dark brown, almost black due to ground in dirt. I refused to even walk (barefooted) on the bathroom floors because I felt they were unsanitary to step on. The curtains hanging over the sliding back doors had either stains or mildew streaks. It is such a nice place to stay to be so unkept. As far as the area it’s convenient to many restaurants! The water slide and lazy river are absolutely great to have onsite! Our 2 year old grandson loved it. It’s a good place to stay due to conveniences and fun amenities. In the bedrooms, the cable boxes are shoved behind the tv because there is not a shelf to place then on. This wasn’t an issue for me but our adult children were not happy that the tv’s were not accessible. Also, three different times the fire alarm went off and we couldn’t figure out why except there was a shower in use and maybe from the steam? There was nothing on in the kitchen when it happened. It scared our 2 year old grand and was so random. We will only stay here again if assured it has been deep cleaned.
