About this property

A/C installed & recently refurnished ground floor unit. 2 min. walk to the beach

A clean out fee that is charged by Castle Resorts, our onsite property manager, is pre-collected by vrbo at time of booking.
This ground floor unit offers easy access from parking as well as out the lanai to the beautiful spacious grounds. The unit is in building 18 #113 which is centrally located on the spectacular Kiahuna Plantation Resort with convenience to the beach, pool, athletic club, shopping and restaurants. The ceiling fans along with large patio doors and louvred windows draws the cooling trade winds nicely through the condo. Additionally, A/C was installed to help with those days/nights of extra warm temperatures. This one bedroom unit has a California King bed, sofa queen sleeper in the living room and porta-crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as dining both inside or out on the private lanai. Just a 2 minute walk through lusciously landscaped grounds brings you to the very popular Poipu Beach! Enjoy great snorkeling along the coral reefs, boogey board the waves and relax to the spectacular sunsets. This unit includes boogie boards, beach umbrella's and beach chairs, cooler and various beach toys. Everything you need to have fun in the sun!

We had access to everything we wanted and were within walking distance to the beach. The pool and gym were great. We walked to poipu beach to see the turtles at dusk too which was worth the walk! The grounds were well maintained with great scenery. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful.

Great place for the price. Featured picture is misleading as when I booked I thought that was the view from the condo. It isn’t, you don’t have a view of the beach at all.

Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our two kids ages 2 and 5, and found the location and amenities to be excellent! Walking distance to the beach and pool. The photos dont do the pool justice! Perfect place for the kids to play safely. Condo owner Dianne was very responsive and so helpful! We appreciate her hospitality, thank you! I’d recommend staying here to all who visit the beautiful and lush island of Kauai.

My husband and I are from a small town in southeastern Washington called Walla Walla. Our town is located in a beautiful valley that sits at the base of the Blue Mountains. We love spending time at our cabin up in the Blues almost as much as our time on Kauai.

Why they chose this property

We first visited the Kiahuna Plantation about 25 years ago and instantly fell in love! Right then we made it our dream to eventually own a condo here when we retired and prayed it would come true. The spacious grounds are so beautifully landscaped with the plantation style buildings nicely spaced with lots of green areas.

What makes this property unique

The Kiahuna Plantation covers 35 acres and is the only privately owned complex that is located right on the beach.
