This place was fantastic! It was conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the TV was in good working order. There’s a main microwave on top of the stove that only powers the fan and light while you’re cooking. However, the microwave on the countertop is functional and easy to use. Just be aware that it has a unique unlocking mechanism; you need to press two buttons simultaneously. I can’t recall the exact buttons, but you’ll find the instructions nearby.The only minor issue I noticed was that the remotes for the fan didn’t work. But don’t worry, you can still control the fan using the wall switches. Overall, this place was a great choice!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay in this ideally located condo, with parking only steps away. We were comfortable from the moment we arrived, and enjoyed all the facilities that were offered. The pool and fitness center were wonderful, and we loved our afternoons on the beach, watching the sunset. Bob was the perfect host and was on it 100% with communication. A Wonderful Honeymoon Getaway

This condo was the perfect spot for our 10 day honeymoon in Kauai! Less than 5 minutes to an amazing beach and all the amenities you could want. It’s in a great central location to go explore the rest of the island as well. Would stay again and recommend family stay here!

Lovely place to stay

This place is part of Kihuana Plantation, the entire premise is so good, easy access to the beach, and the apartment was amazing. Bob was very helpful and replied to questions very quickly. We enjoyed so much that we ended up extending our stay and Bob very kindly accommodated it.

Great stay near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The place was clean and exactly as listed. We enjoyed that both the beach and the pool are about a 5 minute walk from the property and that we could see the ocean from the lanai. Staying in Poipu is great, we had a 10-15 minute walk to Poipu beach and lots of great restaurants around.

Great beach condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect to be only a 5 min walk from Poipu Beach and have access to the athletic club. We really enjoyed having an updated condo in an established community. The gardens on the property were also gorgeous! We look forward to coming back.

Lovely unit in Poipu near the Sheraton

We’ve stayed in the Poipu area before, this unit was very convenient, with a great lanai and several easily accessible BBQs. It’s also close to the Sheraton for restaurants and drinks. There was plenty of parking, and it’s very close to Little Fish coffee and the Poipu Shopping Village with retail shops, restaurants etc. You get the best of the VRBO experience, with plenty of facilities close - we’d definitely stay here again!

Bob, our host, was very accommodating with our late arrival and departure. Easy communication. We enjoyed open layout and views of ocean and property. Kitchen was well equipped and decor was simple. Nice beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and everything to make a beach stay fun. Some restaurants and stores were easy walk. And really liked pool and gym facility—took a yoga class and wished we could have played more tennis and pickleball. Very, very Aloha. Just hope we have a chance to return!

Fun Birthday getaway

My husband surprised me with a trip to Kauai for my birthday. The place was amazing very clean, with everything you need. The location was perfect beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants and a perfect fruit stand which we enjoyed. With the cool night breeze and the tropical sounds we had no trouble sleeping it was so serene. We would definitely stay here again.

Kauai is great!!

Nice stay.. clean and fully equipped kitchen as well as beach equipment- chairs, board, etc.. Only thing is no direct access to Kiahuna beach.. have to walk to the neighbor hotel or go by way of Sheraton. Otherwise .. good stay and thank you for the air conditioning!

No elevators were on-site which made hauling luggage to the third floor difficult. The remotes were confusing. It took two remotes to operate the tv but the instructions only included one remote. Overall, it was a nice location and the grounds were well kept. It is within walking distance of various other sites.
