Summer lake house retreat! This home features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 11), 2 full baths, 1 half bath, living room upstairs and rec room downstairs. TV's in both living rooms. Fully furnished kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor firepit, deck with views of the lake, swing set for kids in the back yard and woods to explore! 50 feet of lakefront with large dock, chairs, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, a floating dock and more! NO pets, NO smoking! Plenty of parking. Lake is stocked with fishing for prime summer months and winter wonderland for those ice fisherman! You can walk the lake (about 2 miles) for a nice morning stroll in the summer or fall. 15 minute drive to Binghamton University (NY) & Downtown Binghamton. NY!

Great hospitality
This house was a great get away for my family. Julie went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We will definitely look at coming back up there just next time we will shoot for summer so it won’t snow on us. Great place great stay.

Host was very kind and prompt with replies to questions. Home was cozy, clean, and had all amenities! Very spacious so we could spread out with ease and have privacy in large rooms/areas with Great Lake views! The living room furniture was very relaxing to settle into at the end of the day to watch a movie and to watch the 1st snow fall (for us) of the year!
