Ground floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo, sleeps 9 but unfortunately HOA only allows 6 to rent. At The Landings in Carrabelle, Fl. Just a 5 min drive from Carrabelle beach. 10-15 min by boat to Dog Island and St. George Island. 25 min by vehicle to St. George Island. Condo backs up to Carrabelle Marina. Also adjacent to the Moorings, an option for a wet slip for your boat.
Has pool access and WiFi (personal WiFi).
Walk to local restaurants and shops. Amazing fishing, beautiful, friendly town.
Condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom has king size bed and bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top. Brand new Sleeper sofa and futon in the living room.
2 tvs, 1 in the living room with cable and 1 smart tv in the bedroom for streaming only.

The Forgotten Coastline is amazing!

This was our first time being in this area of Florida and enjoyed every minute! We stayed at The Landings for the month of February. The weather was a little cooler during the first part of the month than we were expecting, but it didn't hamper our visit. There are so many places to explore each offering their own unique charm. The condo itself worked well for me & my husband. We especially loved being able to take our dog! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. There was even a huge array of spices in the cabinet along with a basket of snacks awaiting! The king size bed was comfy with nice bed linens and comforter. Plenty of extra linens & towels provided. There were just a couple questions I had for the owner during our time, and Deven promptly responded to me. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location is perfect for the area. Whether you are going to the beach, checking out the many State Parks, or just watching boats at the marina, It's quiet and laid back. If you're looking for a vacay that is relaxing without the huge crowds and high rise hotels, this is your spot. We would definitely reserve this condo again!

First trip to Carrabelle

Sitting outside, quiet Marina with nice breeze, pool and in town walking to local coffee shop, shops, post office... all water front and/or views. Condo had great set up... all needs met! TV Wifi (thanks) and two different coffee makers-Keurig and brew maker.... The king bed is soooo comfortable with soft sheets, plenty of towels, dishes and sofas. Will be back

Great stay

This is a nice, quiet, and clean property. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and the whole process couldn't have been any easier. We thoroughly enjoyed the drive over to St. George Island state park, and loved the peacefulness of the beaches there. Hope to return sometime for a day of fishing.

Nice place if you have a boat. King bed comfortable. Downfall..Bunk beds too squeaky, thus if you're a light sleeper it keeps you awake. Does not have washer and dryer. Owners respond quickly.

Convenient Condo in Carabelle

This condo was a great little hub for our family of 6 to vacation! We even brought our dog who was very keen on all the lizards in the shrubs outside. :) The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the store just across the street. The kids loved the pool. The owners were easy to work with - thank you! We rented kayaks to paddle the marshes and see some wildlife - we were able to WALK to the boat ramp! If you decide to stay here, watch for some bald eagles along Hwy 98 going toward St. George!

Wonderful vacation spot!

My family and I had a great time at the Moorings! The owners were easy to contact and very accommodating. The condo was quaint and quite. It felt very safe in the community. The beaches are beautiful and the fishing was great. We will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time staying in Carrabelle, FL in the condo. It was just right for our group of 4 for a few days of fishing. We were all able to spread out and have a separate bed which is a must after a long day of off-shore fishing. Deven was very helpful and super nice. She answered every question I had very promptly and was willing to help out in anyway possible. The condo was very clean and located right on the water of the main river. It is also located within walking distance to a few restaurants and the grocery store which is always very helpful I would recommend this condo and would 100% stay here again.

We are a fishing and football family! We live in North Ga and enjoy the mountains, but also love the beach and come down to Carrabelle and often as possible!

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because we make so many trips to Carrabelle to fish. The fishing is awesome in this area and we can't get enough. But, oftentimes we make last minute trips and we could not find a place to stay! We have slept on our boat or in our truck several times. Now we have our own place! And- a bonus is that it has a kitchen and our kids have their own beds. The grocery store being across the street is great when we want to eat in. We love it here!
