Our homey 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is walking distance to the city center, Rupp Arena, and plenty of restaurant and dining options. It includes a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two other small bedrooms - all with new queen beds. The kitchen has new stainless appliances and the living/dining room is a perfect place to gather with family and friends. It is perfect for families with kids, couples or friends traveling.

This property was perfectly located! With the Distillery and Brewery across the street, walkable distance to Downtown Lexington, and to the Red Mile, it was the perfect choice for us.

Wedding wknd stay

Keeneland Races

We travel down to Lexington twice a year to attend the races at Keeneland ….. staying at Ben’s property is a perfect location as it’s only 10 minutes drive from there to the race course and we can walk to any of our favorite restaurants in Lexington within 15 minutes..Easy parking and a quiet Neighbourhood…

Great location

Townhouse was comfortable, in the historucc neighborhood. The coffeehouse down the street was lovely. We had to drive to other restaurants and attractions. The home was nice for our group of friends.

Nice place close to Rupp Arena!

The property was clean and in a nice little tucked in area close to Rupp Arena. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond. He had great suggestions for things to do around town and was very proactive in check in information. I didn’t have to think about anything during our stay!

Really great place to establish base camp. 6 guys stayed here for bourbon trail. Definitely walk across the street to visit Town Branch. Quick Uber rides to several great places. Appreciate the house being well stocked with the essentials, plenty of towels, coffee, even soap and shampoo!

Cozy and nice.

My brothers and myself stayed at this property for the weekend. It was perfect for us as we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There are great restaurants and cool bars very close. Ben was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions.

Great location

Great location for our trip. Apartment definitely needs some updates, repairs, and TLC. Could not use the outdoor space due to broken fence and last fall's leaves on patio. Manager was responsive and helped find us an extra parking spot for our stay. Loved Lexington!

Everything went well with our two night stay at this property. Very close to city center within walking distance. Good restaurants, and coffee shop nearby. Parking right at the door. Quiet neighborhood …. our home was adequately equipped and clean. We will certainly return.

Great location!

Came for a golf trip and we had a nice stay! Perfect size for 3 adults. Only a 2 minute walk to a distillery and less than a mile to downtown with lots of fun bars and restaurants. No issues with the house other than the beds were not very comfortable. Very good price though….worth it! Host was very accommodating!

Girls Trip

The townhouse was clean and location is very good and safe. We walked to many places and loved the neighborhood. The towels, however, were a disaster...many of them were unusable with large holes/stains. Do feel that this would be an easy but very important fix.

Walking distance to downtown

We chose this condo for it's easy access to downtown. We were on the go a lot so we really used it for sleeping and getting ready to go out. The unit was stocked with all we needed. The parking was easy. We contacted the owner once for missing dishwasher pods and they ran them over to us later that day. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer.

The townhouse reeked the smell of old cigarette. Had to go buy plug ins to help with the smell. The microwave door handle was missing completely and it was dirty inside. The townhouse was dusty and unclean.

Great Location!

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and would absolutely stay again. The location is amazing for any events at Rupp and Lexington Brewing Co directly across the street.
