This comfy, cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the Keys in Key Colony Beach.

Key Colony Beach is a friendly walk-able island offering a par 3, nine-hole golf course, public tennis courts, Sunset Park, several local restaurants, clothing boutiques and charter fishing center and much more.

This home is within walking distance and comes with access to the Cabana Club; its private beach, large pool, bar and grill and is within walking distance to this home.

The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Spring break getaway

This property fit all of our needs and some! The space was great for our family our 4. Everything was clean and some supplies left as starters. Would be nice to have a little more, but understand its just to get started. The neighborhood is quiet and can walk to the pool with beach! We would 100% stay here again!

Property was nice. A couple maintenance items, but overall, furnishings were nice, location was awesome, access to Cabana club was a nice touch, and coffee/cocktails on the patio were awesome! We would recommend.

Great location - clean and comfortable home

This home has a great location across from the Cabana club which is an awesome amenity, and the fun bar/restaurant Panama Jacks. We enjoyed an unexpected view of the ocean and great people watching from the front porch. They are not generous with toilet paper or dishwasher tabs which I find strange for such a nice place. There were ample towels and extra bed linens and a well equipped kitchen.

Our Keys Adventure

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was just as it was advertised. Lots of fun things to do nearby, and a short drive to some of the best beaches and fun anywhere. The Cabana Club is very convenient and the staff nice, and helpful. The house is located on Ocean Ave, and while the canal is very close, the property doesn't have its own access. This was very clear when we booked our stay, and it was not an issue for us. I'd recommend it! Thank you!

Nice place if you don’t plan on being there much

The house is kind of outdated. The bathrooms are so small. We knew all of this when we booked though. We were not in the house much since our in-laws had a place on the water down the street. The house was dirty upon arrival and a toilet was clogged. I did not call bc we were already there and did not want someone coming in after that to re-clean. I just felt for the cleaning fee charged, it should have been more clean. The company I dealt with was great though and communication with them was quick. The check in process was fine, but i did not like having to go out of my way to rerun the keys when we left super early. Overall, we will not book that house again, but happy to work with the rental company again!

Great for our family of four

We had a very nice stay with our family of four. The duplex apartment was comfortable, clean and convenient to the Cabana Club, Key Colony and the greater town of Marathon. Plenty of dishes and the pots and pans and kitchen knives were much better quality than most vacation rentals we’ve experienced—that was cool. Having a dishwasher and laundry inside the unit made life easy. We chose the Key Colony location because of it being smack dab in the middle of the Keys. We took a nice day trip to Key West, but found we also had plenty to explore in Marathon while having a few carefree days in between to relax Cabana Club’s pool & private beach. Plus, our two college-age boys played a few games of pickleball with others they met next to the Key Colony golf course. We met several neighbors who all affirmed that our choice for staying in Key Colony Beach was a great one. We rented kayaks for a day from Keys Kayaks for a reasonable price—they delivered them for us early to Sombrero Beach. Rented a boat for a day from Capt. Pip’s to go snorkeling out at the reef—they were very professional and dependable (not every business has it together in the Keys— many seem lackadaisical in their operations). Leslie at American Coastal Vacation Rentals was very professional & communicative via email, answering questions before we arrived and confirming everything once we were there. The only minor improvement might have been an ability for keyless checkin and checkout. It would have been nice to not have to go to the office to pick up our keys or drop them off (office is approx. 3.5 miles away). Dropping our keys off at 3:00am before driving to MIA to catch our flight home wasn’t our favorite part, but…first world problems. Overall, we had a nice time at this location and would stay there again.

Update

The property was perfect for what we needed. With the price I would like to think that updates would've been made throughout the years. Kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning, refinishing or replaced. Bathrooms can also use a complete remodeling. There was some cracked floor tile to replace and few wall/ceiling repairs.

Great location. Comfortable place

Loved that it had easy beach and pool access at Cabana Club and that it was in the middle keys so we could do easy day trips East and West. There was even a small but lovely view of the ocean. The bathrooms were pretty dated but functional. Could use new bath towels. Kitchen well stocked with gadgets. Only 3 stars for cleanliness because the ceiling fans needed some serious dusting and there was a little blackness on the bottom of the shower door which I actually kind of expect given that it's so humid in Florida. Otherwise it was a very clean and cute condo. Beds comfy with a variety of pillow types to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Key Colony Beach 360 E Ocean

Great experience overall. Home could use some updated kitchen utensils and more bathroom towels. It should be the owners responsibility to keep propane grill filled for renters. Except for aforementioned this place is great for two couples or a family with just a few kids.

Great location

Location was excellent , we enjoyed having the Cabana club across the street . Neighborhood was quiet , had a good view from the front porch and we sat out there and enjoyed our coffee every morning . Short drive to multiple restaurants.

Awesome place, me and my family enjoyed it a lot.

Cabana Beach duplex is located just cross the street from the ocean and back of the hous is facing the bay channel. Very clean and Beautiful spacious duplex, fully equped kitchen that was a big plus. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and ocean in Cabana Beach club which is also right cross the street not even a minute walk from the duplex. We would love to come back in future.

Very nice duplex

We are 4 older adults who visit Marathon every year and decided to stay in Key Colony. We rented this unit based on the description and proximity to the Cabana Club. All in all we were very please as the home was clean and fairly modern. I took back a star based on the guest bedroom. It would be okay for a family with children as the single beds were basically children's beds. Very soft mattress (back pain every morning for us as we are used to a larger bed with a firm mattress). Also, the bedding was very low quality and made the beds that much more uncomfortable. This will keep us from renting next year which is too bad as everything else was very nice.

Key Colony Beach Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It included everything we needed. We really liked the Cabana Club, which is right across the street, and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood every morning. There's only one way in and out of the community so there's very little traffic. Sunset Park is an easy walk and the sunsets there are amazing. We ate at the Key Colony Inn, which is also an easy walk from the unit, and had probably the best fresh fish I've ever had! Sparky's is nice, they will even cook the fish you caught! The front porch is nice and shady, a great place to have a drink and read! The agent, Bonnie, was very helpful and provided suggested places to visit and eat! She was very responsive throughout the process and made it so easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Ocean Dreams and More!

In my opinion best location in KCB. Our family would grab our beach towels and walk across the street to the Cabana Club. We enjoyed the in ground pool and beach. We would take our kids down the street to the park. To top the day off we would walk to Sparkys and enjoy great food and a great atmosphere for the family. Every day is .25 wings and shrimp. We would enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Sunset Park. All this without even getting in our car! Down the street there are fishing charters, boat rentals and a par 3 golf course. Did I mention great location? A great rental value with all that is offerred in this excellent location. Very family friendly and safe. We can't wait to come back next April. Pictures don't due this property any justice I would recomend this property for any family vacation or couples retreat. Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, and Sombrero Beach are a short drive away. Also some great shopping in nearby Marathon. Key West is a scenic 45 min drive and Islmorada is a 40 min drive and a great day trip. We have stayed other places and Ocean Dreams is our favorite due to location. What we can't stress more is how safe the area is and the family atmosphere. Oceans Dreams is a great value and undiscovered gem!
