Maria's Neat & Clean. Dock, Near the private Pool Club

This side-by-side duplex is sits on a Wide, Deepwater canal with 3 minute access by Boat to the Atlantic Ocean and 10 minute ride to the Gulf.

We have been renting this home for a long time but just recently on this website

CABANA CLUB - The private pool and beach club is included free and is only 1 block away!

BOTH SIDES of this duplex are available for renting.

Features
Full set of amenities inside. Well stocked, full kitchen with all of the standard appliances and amenities. Comfortable beds with sheets and quilts provided, plus a good supply of towels.
Smart TV in the living room with a full set of tv channels including local networks.

Dock space of 28 feet for each side of the duplex
Some Small-medium Dogs allowed. Property Manager must approve

Nice Views as we have Sliding Glass doors leading out back to a porch

OUTSIDE - Patio set with chairs and extra seating.
29 ft of Dock space in total, tip-to-tip so really only a maximum of 25 ft boat is allowed

Quick 3 minute ride to the Atlantic Ocean by boat
Water and electric at the dock

Cabana Club, the private ocean-front pool and beach club which you can use for free!

Great property to stay at for the whole family. Plenty of beds and having the canal was fun! My kids enjoyed fishing thanks to the owner lending us a couple poles!

Great key colony location

The house was conveniently 1 block from the key colony cabana club. The house had sufficient supplies for our family of 5 and the host left a nice touch with a small jar of dish detergent, several washer soap pads, two sets of keys. We hoped to have left the house in better condition we received it with replacing supplies, cleaning, etc. There was a pleasant surprise of a new grill/smoker offset.
