Great location close to village, beach and festivals!

Lovely "Studio style" 1 bedroom available to no more than one occupant age 30 and above. This cottage is very comfortable and quaint. Interior decorated in blue and white with wood design linoleum floors. Located in the coveted neighborhood of North Laguna Beach, this is an "original" Laguna Beach cottage built in the 1930's. Queen size bed, furnished kitchen, WiFi, smart TV, shower and off street parking. Garden patio with seating. Approx. 2 blocks to village and 2.5 blocks to beach. Walk to galleries, restaurants and summer festivals. Located on a two lane one way residential street with an alley in back of property. No pets and no on-site laundry. Use of the rental is limited to vacation only. Owner lives up the street. Note: The original windows are double hung, use dowels to open. Three steps up to front door/porch. Non-smoking. Maximum stay is 28 nights. 3 night minimum stay.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean and put away dishes
Throw away perishable food and empty trash into outside bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
City permit requires no more than 1 overnight occupant. Presence in the Unit anytime from 1 am to 6 am will be considered "overnight" stay.
The Owner may enter the Unit to inspect. If major repairs are required pro-rated guest fee will be refunded for the remaining portion of stay.
The Owner will enter the unit shortly after the check out date and time and any personal items left behind in the unit will be disposed of.
