Walk to Everything Upper King! Off street parking and washer/dryer!

This first floor condo is located one block from historic Upper King shopping and dining district, and one block from C of C. Recently renovated, the condo is bright and very comfortable for one or two couples. Features include queen sized beds, washer/dryer, a private porch, flat screen television and fully-outfitted kitchen. Porch overlooks side of the historic Westendorff building and Warren St. One parking space is provided. I own and operate Stella's Restaurant next door and have a 2 br 3 bath condo in that building as well (Vrbo 763497) and the mirror unit downstairs.

FULL DISCLOSURE: This house is located on a busy street in the center of our city so some noise should be expected.

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful stay in Charleston. The location was in walking distance to just about everything, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable. The host was always quick to respond! I highly recommend staying here and also eating at Stella's (the restaurant next door)!

Near the Action!

Our best stay in Charleston yet! A quick walk to college graduation and all the great fun on King Street. Steve was great and the logistics were seamless. Would love to stay again!

Great location, cozy home

Overall the home was clean and cozy. Great location to downtown and all the great shopping and food. A bit noisy, but was accurately warmed about it beforehand. Only other noise was the above tenants, not much insulation between the floors so you could clearly hear the upstairs tenants. Other than that, great place to stay! We will be back :)

Great Stay

Excellent location. Clean, safe and perfect for our 5 days in Charleston. Did not need a car but the Rickshaws came in handy a couple of times after a late dinner. Would stay again.

Great place, close to everything!

Wonderful place! We were very comfortable and in walking distance to everything. The place is very well stocked, clean and spacious. I would suggest to maybe add a small dresser for underwear and such? The restaurant next to it was really good too!

Perfect place! Great location!

This was our first visit to Charleston and definitely not our last. I was traveling with 2 of my best friends and we were so pleased with everything about our stay. The apt was super clean, super cute and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with clean, white linens. There was plenty of toilet tissue and paper towels provided. There was also coffee and creamer that may have been left over from a previous guest but it was much appreciated. It really felt like home. (Wish it was!) The outside porch is shared with upstairs apt so we all left the door to the street unlocked during the day but locked it at night. We still locked our personal door at all times but probably didn’t need to. We only heard the people upstairs when they were moving in/out. The location is perfect. Just a block from King St and the piano bar which is a great place to stop for a drink and we watched a ballgame there as well. You must visit 82 Queen and order the short rib, Hank’s and get the chefs special and take a trip over to Sullivans Island and visit the Dunleavy Pub for a drink and the Obstinate Daughter for their gnocchi! If going to the island, make sure you schedule your Uber to pick you up as they have to make a special trip to come get you. Stay away from Poogan’s Porch. It was our worst meal and very disappointing. We didn’t get a chance to visit the owner’s restaurant as we ran out of time but it’s definitely top of the list for a return trip! I really cannot say enough about our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Place for Us

This is a very cozy, charming property just as pictured. The property manager was very accommodating. Giving me the opportunity to communicate via texts, his responses to my questions were prompt. He even provided the names/locations of some great restaurants when I inquired. Just sorry we missed his restaurant, Stella's which is right next door. Unfortunately, it was closed on the day we decided to go there. I suppose we'll have to give it a try the next time!

SEWE Weekend

Great rental and so close to King St and all of downtown. Well stocked with all essentials- ice, towels, coffee, etc. So convenient, easy check in, and great communication from Steven. We enjoyed another year at SEWE and this is our favorite rental so far- we have been coming to SEWE for 10 years.

Wonderful experience

If they had an entry in the Vrbo hall of fame for best Charleston apartment, this would be it! The place was clean, lovely decor, perfect for 3 people, and we couldn't ask for a better location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Finally, the host (Steven) was really nice and responsive, and the check in/check out process was seamless. I am telling you, run do not walk, to book this property!

Long weekend exploring Charleston

This first floor apartment was perfect for our long weekend in Charleston. We were within walking distance to lots of restaurants & shops & a very short drive to places we wanted to see while we were here. Steven was very nice and very accommodating for our stay. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Perfect Location

Lovely and clean spot but our favorite part with the location. Close to everything we wanted to do on King Street. Also right next door to Stellas which is an amazing, must-eat restaurant. Checking in was easy. Having the parking spot made getting into town easy as well.

Great stay for a family wedding

We rented both units at Radcliffeborough for our family group. The units were accessible to the downtown area, well stocked and clean. On our first evening, I contacted Steven by text regarding a sink that was not draining. He had it repaired by mid-morning the next day-Super response! We also picked up carry out dinner from his next door restaurant, Stella’s. Convenient and delicious!

Excellent Property and Location

We had a great time in Charleston. Steven’s place was perfect for our stay - kitchen well stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc. Very clean. The location was great, very easy to walk everywhere. We were surprised with the lack of noise inside the apartment, it was quiet at night despite being halloween weekend, we couldn’t hear the street noise!

Great Walkable Stay!

The stay was perfect! There were four adults staying on the property and we were able to move around easily without feeling like we were all over each other. The beds were super comfortable and everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!
