This is definitely a nice perk as you enjoy the city and all it has to offer right around the corner.

This charming Charleston single offers a comfortable setting with a southern inspired flair. The well equipped kitchen is spacious and great for entertaining your family and friends. Featuring granite counters, pine bar counter and a covered patio. Our many guests enjoy this space during beautiful crisp mornings and breezy evenings. If you enjoy the outdoors, this space offers you a private place to relax and enjoy. The yard is fully fenced and great for pets (dogs only). This property is pet-friendly and we welcome them with a small fee.

Charleston SC was a city to visit on our bucket list.

Place was great. Liked layout and that we each had our own bedroom and bath. One at one end and one at other end. Place was in a good location got to take full advantage of all the city had to offer and be able to get away from the bustle of downtown at night.

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Charleston! We hit most of the tourist spots and enjoyed some fantastic restaurants. The property was perfect for two couples. We were able to relax and visit together comfortably, whereas in a hotel that would not have been as easy.

Why they chose this property

Charleston was one of our first trips together and where we fell in love! We returned many times since then and decided this would be a great place to have a second home. It has become a wonderful place to enjoy family & friends. Please, make yourselves comfortable and welcome to Charleston!

What makes this property unique

We put a lot into the remodeling of our home and wanted to keep certain artistic features. The bar counter was salvaged wood from within the walls and the fireplaces now exposed, were covered in plaster. They now make a beautiful accent to the living area and bedroom. Now, completed we have enjoyed it very much. It took almost 2 years to reconstruct. Countless trips back and forth from Greenville (3 hours one way) sometimes roundtrip in the same day. We love the location and simply walk to all our favorite restaurants and shops..
