The location was great, the house super clean and comfortable with enough space that we didn't feel crowded, the bed upstairs could be better but it worked. Another outlet in the upstairs bedroom would be great.
We maybe traveling to the area more frequently and would definitely stay here again
The location was perfect for us. We were close to everything. We were in for a National dance competition and it was just down the road. We were even able to do a little bit as a family and thankful for a wonderful home to come back too. ❤️

Very cozy place in perfect location!
THis was a wonderful place to stay for the long weekend! We had a wedding to attend and 6 of us were able to stay here comfortably. I don't believe it would be well accommodating for 8 adults, as there were only 3 beds (plus an air mattress) and 2 smaller bathrooms. I had to request the check in info which was rather inconvenient, and there was only parking a the house for 1 car. The owner claimed that there was ample street parking but most of it was claimed by the other dwellings and we had to park our second vehicle a block away.

Thanks for staying! We’ve been hosting groups of 8 for over 3 years and they’ve all made it work easily, as well as the parking. Since we are walking distance to Main Street (one of the great reasons people stay with us), walking a small ways to park hasn’t been an issue for anyone. Must have been a busy weekend in the neighborhood!
The property location was ideal to anywhere we wanted to go. It would have been nice to have a regular 12 cup coffee pot - we had 6 adult coffee drinkers in our group so bought one so we could enjoy our breakfast and coffee time together. The tubs were very slick, a mat or strips in the bottom would have been helpful. The beds were a problem - half got up with serious back aches every day.

Thank you for staying with us! We are purchasing a duel Keurig machine this spring which will include the k-cup option as well as a full pot. We appreciate all feedback from our guests, so thank you! I’m sorry the beds didn’t agree with some of your party. We get great reviews about how cozy they are from so many other guests!
This property was perfect for our family reunion. It was very clean and pretty well stocked. It could definitely use a refresh. The downstairs bathroom had no toiletries. You could see where one was but I guess it never got replaced. Compared to the upstairs bathroom the downstairs was a hot mess. But we never ran out of hot water and everything was in working order. We loved that the down stairs bedroom had space heaters. We used them every night. Over all it’s a clean cute little house.

Tia - thank you for staying with us. We take great pride in our home and want to assure you and any future guests we don't ever plan to offer it to guests as a "hot mess". A previous guest had broken the shampoo dispenser - so we placed full bottles in the bathroom for you to use. Please know had reached out about any missing toiletries or anything at all, we would have cleared up the situation immediately. Take care!
Very nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet townhouse.
Great location and easy access to freeway to go anywhere.
We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to our friends.
Perfect property for access to St Chales historic district and major interstates.
Information for property was good. Communication with rental party was good. Location was perfect for access to airport and major interstates to get around St Louis and surrounding area. Great property for our family get-together and time in St Louis.
The house was as described in listing, and check in and out process went well. Home is in an older area and though the home is well kept not all the neighbors are.
Decor is different from the pictures. The downstairs space has low ceiling which can be a challenge for tall people. We didn't use the kitchen as we were out and about all day and ate out. The home is centrally located which is good for people on the go. All conversations with owners was thru text and was answered in a timely manner. Over all it was good fit for my husband and myself.

Great house rough check in
The house is great. Check cupboard/closet by bedroom for kitchen items. Loved our stay after a rough start of not getting check in information from host. Make sure you ask for information the day before.
We had a fantastic time at this property. The owners had great communication and an easy checkin process.
The house was clean and actually larger than I anticipated. It was also simply decorated, which was great for young children (no antiques/breakables all over like other properties we have stayed.)
We had all amenities we needed and street parking was readily available, if you have more than one car.
We will stay again if we come back to STL!
Prima woning, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, schoon. Op loopafstand van downtown historic St Charles.

For the price it can't be beat!!! It's old but remodeled, cute and had plenty of space for all 7 of us. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was decently stocked and had almost everything we needed. A sheet pan and a few extra garbage bags would have been wonderful. Also a larger couch would have been awesome since it says it accommodates 8. The couch and chair only sit 4 comfortably. While playing games and watching tv in the evenings 3 of us had to sit on kitchen chairs. Overall though, we would definitely stay here again. Historic St Charles was a beautiful place to stay and explore.
Property was clean and well-maintained. Plenty of towels and blankets. The space worked well for us; we had two adults, three kids, and our dog. We will definitely stay again on our next visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful and large enough for the 4 of us. Rachel was wonderful, always quick to respond to my questions.
The beds were comfy and clean along with the rest of the house. Also, it was nice that the house is close to the strip. We will def stay here again in the future. We enjoyed our stay!
We came into town for a weekend getaway for a friend’s birthday. The house was clean and very spacious. We had excellent communication with the owners for any questions or worries since we were traveling right after the winter storm hit. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
We originally reserved this location for my husband, myself and my son for a Christmas celebration with our St Louis family. Unfortunately part of our family contracted Covid, so Christmas was cancelled. I did not buy the cancellation insurance so we decided that we might as well enjoy the weekend and invite another couple that have family in the area. The house was perfect! We donated to Ameristar Casino Friday night, then came back to the house and played Yahtzee (yes, we're old). I won't bore you with all of our activities, but I will say this - Uber was always there within minutes, the location was very convenient to historic St Charles and the casino, the host was extremely responsive and we can't wait to come back. We are looking at reserving both duplexes at Christmas time with our friend group. Highly recommend this location
