This is a beautiful, clean, family friendly cape. Can accommodate up to 9+ guests. Airy and abundant natural light. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with twin bed, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. Full bathroom with deep soaking tub. Main level features eat-in kitchen, spacious living/entertaining room, TV room, office and full bath. Lower level includes bedroom with queen size bed, and open tv/living area and playroom with additional sleeping and full bath .
Spacious and beautifully landscaped backyard features gardens, koi pond, outdoor patio seating, enclosed fire pit, and heated in ground swimming pool. Multiple bicycles for all ages and yard games on site. All Bellport Village amenities available .
Note: A brand new 18x44 heated in ground swimming pool is currently being built. An image of the proposed pool is included in photos.

Great Pool and Backyard

Enjoyed the stay very much, spending most of our time relaxing by the pool and extended al fresco meals. Very friendly and helpful owners and surprisingly friendly cats. AC was effective when needed, but a nice breeze usually kept us cool. House seemed spacious, although kitchen layout was a bit constraining. Overall, an excellent experience.

Perfect Getaway

A truly perfect house for a city getaway. The backyard is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The house itself is big and inviting and we had everything we need. Communication with the homeowner was fantastic and we got everything we needed and then some. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
