Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Wonderful stay! The unit was perfect for our needs, very cozy, clean, adorable kitchen and was within walking distance to almost everything in the historic district. Had a delicious lunch at Pizzalley’s and dinner at the Columbia restaurant. Highly recommend this unit and host.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment that is just 2 blocks away going to St..George St., Historic Downtown. Kristen was accomodating because she let us use the parking space for a few hours to do our last minute shopping before we head back home.Me and my Husband will surely stay here again.

Host is very responsive. The cottage is on the second floor, so if, like me, you overpack, be aware :) The kitchen was stocked with basics, and there are laundry facilities under the stairs. The laundry was a blessing to us. The best part about the cottage is the location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and coffee, and even the tours we took. It was ideal.

This house is a dream, and so are the owners. The communication was top notch. Kristen was very responsive and gave very clear instructions with check in and check out. It is walking distance to everything and just a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Our plan is to be back in the future and stay at this property.
