Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair and 1 bedroom with a king bed.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

The owners were easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo was very clean, large, and kitchen was well stocked!! The pool area was beautiful. It was cool during our stay but would be great to use after a day of touring in the warmer months. The location was convenient and quick walk to many restaurants and attractions.

Instructions were easy to follow. A nice setup inside with space for our small family so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen had all the essentials. The pool was nice sized and easy to share with the other family staying. Would definitely stay again.

Charming Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and just as listed. Location was great, as we walked into town (historic district) with ease. The pool was refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing. Communication was also spot on. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us.

Perfect location! I traveled with my niece and her friend who are attending Flagler College in the fall. The house was a quick 5 minute walk to campus and just a bit further to St George St. The pool is a beautiful oasis! House was very comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 35 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.
