This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Riverside condo is situated in the heart of the village where you can easily enjoy all the activities Smugglers' Notch has to offer. The cross country skiing and hiking trails are literally in your backyard. The village chair lift is a short walk across the green. The condo has been lovingly cared for and has many recent updates including, flat screen TVs and granite bathroom vanities.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to Smuggs since the kids could barely walk because its so kid friendly with children's programs starting from 2 1/2 years with the Little Rascals Program. We recently purchased this property to be on the mountain, close to the lifts and yet have the privacy of the woods in the back.

What makes this property unique

Whether you come to Smugglers' Notch for the skiing, the award winning family programs or just to take in the mountain views, you will not be disappointed. The unit is complete with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths, washer/dryer, fireplace, deck, flat screen TVs and so much more. Its village location makes your vacation that much more convenient and stress-free.
