Additionally upstairs has another two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and the second with a double bed and one twin bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the main upstairs living level and a half bath on the lower level off of the family room. Kitchen is fully equipped. The main living area is 'open concept' and bright. There is a small porch, patio and a large backyard. The property is close to a park with bike path and playground. Home is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule. Please be advised if you have a cat allergy. There is one cat living in the home, but will not be present during guest stays.
