Home has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen Size Beds and 1 Full), 2 full bathrooms, full size kitchen with kitchen table and chairs for 8, living room with flat screen TV, all on the first floor. Door on first floor leads to back yard, Deck with Gas Grill and fire pit (wood provided). Stairs off kitchen lead down to finished basement (rec room). Flat screen TV, 2 couches, a queen size bed and electric fireplace heater. Door off rec room leads to washer and dryer. We provide all the linens, blankets and bedding.

Jen and i can go to all the Penn State sporting activities any time, but it is great giving an opportunity for Alumni, Parents of students and families to come and enjoy it as much as we do. I have worked at Penn State for 16 years, Jen has been a physician recruiter for 25. 3 of our children have graduated from Penn State. I am a youth sports coach and have been coaching for over 25 years. We also have a furry member of our family and her name is Luna, she is 3 years old and loves to snuggle. We have 6 children and 5 grandchildren. Luckily all the grandchildren live within 5 miles of us.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is a walking path that weaves its way thru and around all the houses. It is a super safe area to walk your dog at night and to take your children on a stroll.

What makes this property unique

I think that one of the great thing about our house is that we have a wonderful fire pit in the backyard. We have had many get togethers and parties over the years and made a lot of memories. The tall oak trees in the back yard provide lovely shade in the late afternoon and evening and allow us to eat dinner on the deck.
