This craftsman style 3 bed, 3 bath west College Heights home is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Ideally situated just 6 blocks from west Penn State campus and the Nittany Lion Inn and 1.5 blocks from the PSU golf course and walking/biking trail. Our quiet street is lined with large oak trees and only used by local traffic.
The main home features a master bedroom with full bath and an extra office space with a convertible daybed that pulls out to a king bed to accommodates up to 2 additional guests. A living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, kitchen, queen bedroom, and 2nd full bath round out the main living space.
The separate walk-out basement apartment is located on the lower level of the home. It is accessed from its own entrance in back of the home and adds an additional kitchen, living room with futon, full bath, king bedroom, and laundry facilities, for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A private, fully-fenced backyard features a gazebo, propane fire pit, and hammock. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles and has a 240V electric vehicle charging station.

Andy is a State College local. Becca grew up in the Laurel Highlands outside of Pittsburgh. We fell in love 15 years ago over our love of travel and learning. Now, we love to travel with our two young children, Porter and Lyrra. We enjoy hosting travelers in our ground floor apartment. We're always happy to meet our guests!
Why they chose this property
We are very close to campus, without being on a college student street. You can walk to PSU campus in 15 minutes. Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and our street is lined with huge oak trees. A block away, our street ends at the Penn State golf course, around which there is a paved walking/biking trail that winds all around State College.
