You will love your vacation in our beach home in Beach Haven Gardens. The bottom floor of this duplex has three (3) bedrooms, 1 bath and new kitchen for your family. Beautiful with central a/c, a lovely bright sunroom and comfortable furnishings to make for a relaxing vacation. We provide you with 6 beach badges and wifi.

Downstairs gives you a bright windowed sun room for extra indoor living space. Bdrm 1 has a queen, Bedroom 2 has a full, and Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Fully updated kitchen provides every comfort for an easy stay. Units share outdoor shower and washer / dryer. You have your own grill.

Take advantage of all that wonderful Long Beach Island has to offer. Walk out your door and 8 houses to the ocean, you do not have to cross a major street to get to the beach. You are in an excellent area and so close to fabulous restaurants. It's easy to get to Fantasy Island, mini golf, ice cream stands as you are centrally located to everything LBI! The house is located in an area where beaches are not congested.

We do not allow pets and this is a non-smoking home.

From the time we booked the property until we checked out, Kathy was very communicative. The house was lovely having just been freshly painted and well appointed with beach themed comforters, We had everything we needed to cook our meals in the kitchen too. We especially appreciated the beach badges and beach chairs as well as the laundry area and clothesline. We also loved being so close to the beach. Beach Haven Gardens is a great location too. We would love to return!

We had a great time. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The house was in a great location for the beach and show/restaurants. We come to LBI every few years from the west. This was a great place to stay.

Awesome LBI Beach Week

Really loved our stay at this property. Our family of 5 (2 grandparents in early 70's, our son and his two boys ages 5 and 8) were very happy with this house. It's close to the beach, many restaurants, shopping and other LBI activities. Really used the outdoor shower and laundry. We rented this property for it's close proximity to another family member's beach house just 6 blocks away. Sunroom is fully airconditioned and really served as a great "office" for grandpa who rises VERY early each day! The only issue for us was that it only had one bathroom and with 2 seniors and 2 small boys, it proved a bit challenging. Additionally since it's a duplex/two family home, getting used to the upstairs noise level took a bit of getting used to. Nevertheless, we had an awesome time. House was clean, contained all the necessities and owners are responsive and just great.

Had a wonderful weekend away! House was perfect for my husband, 4 year old daughter and me. Steps to the beach and quick drive to entertainment and food. Owner was incredibly responsive and nice. We’d def stay here again.

Great House and Location

My family just enjoyed a great weekend here. The house was true to the photos, well maintained and updated. Location was great for getting to the beach which was perfect with our young kids. The spot on the island in general gave us quick and easy access to shopping, Fantasy Island, Golf and so many good food options. The owners were very quick in responding to our reservation and giving us information before our visit. We will definitely be back for another stay.

This house is designed beautifully, located perfectly, and has high-quality mattresses, furniture and washer/dryer, and smart tv, so it has all of the potential to be high-end value, but by the last week of the summer, it desperately needed a deep cleaning and some attention. I feel like with a new cleaning crew, and a mid-summer inspection/attn, this property could be a perfect 5.

We have been vacationing on Long Beach Island for 15 years. Our kids have grown up enjoying summers on the Beach Haven sand and this is our happy place -- together and unplugged with books and games and happy hours!

Why they chose this property

We love being close to the ocean side. And not having to cross over the major boulevard allows easy back and forth if any family members need a break from the sun or want to enjoy some solitary time on the beach. This location of Beach Haven Gardens provides great access to all the restaurants and the benefits of not being an overcrowded part of the beach.
