What an amazing trip we had! The house was just perfect and so close to the bridge that takes you to the beach. Don’t bother packing up beach toys, chairs, wagons, because they have it all! My family and I have gone to the beach numerous times, but this was by far our favorite

Great beach house. Plenty of space, comfortable and great view of the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. Lots of nice beach gear. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great stay! The house is lovely and sits right behind the dunes, with easy beach access. The home is well appointed and perfect for a large family or group. We’d definitely return!

Beach house was beautiful and really decorated nice. My only suggestion would be safety bars in bath tubs. We had two 80 year olds that were able to go in room with walk-in shower. Overall everything was great and wonderful views!!

Great stay at the Happy Mullet. So convenient to the beach…just a short walk. So nice to have beach chairs and toys stocked at the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Great breeze sitting on the back porch with beautiful beach views. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was just as described! We and our guests had a great time. Very clean, good amenities (dishes, board games, etc), and very easy beach access. Literally didn’t encounter a single issue, and we are super picky! Would definitely stay here again :)

Perfect house for a getaway! Right on the beach, easy access to the beach, comfortable place to have coffee and watch the waves, plenty of bikes and toys for kids and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook every meal. The communication was great and we felt taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Great location! Easy access to the beach, and great beach view too. There are no vehicles allowed on this section of the beach, which made it great for the family. House was as described, was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the week. The beach chairs and toys in the garage were great.
