About this property

Relax and Listen to the Ocean at this UPDATED Dog-Friendly Property

The 4SeaZen is the perfect little house for getting away from the city and relaxing at the beach. IT's the perfect size for 8 people.

There is a private path with solar lights that take you directly to the beach and an outdoor shower to wash up when you get back. There's even a tub at the bottom of the stairs to wash off feet and paws.

During the summer months you will probably spend a lit of time out of the sun under the house. The house is about 10 feet so there is no danger to hit your head. The concrete slab is cool. There's a picnic table, two bars and plenty of chairs and stools downstairs for everyone.

Master Bedroom- King bed with, Flat screen tv, private bath that was just updated with lots of custom shower features.

Guest bedroom- Queen bed with Super comfortable mattress and flat screen tv for streaming.

Kids Room- (Sleep 4) - Bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on top plus another twin bed.

Bedding, bath towels, hand towels and face towels are included in the price. No upcharge. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

We love snowbirds and monthly rentals from October thru February. There is a ring doorbell outside the front door for security purposes only.

The ABSOLUTE best!

We had a fantastic stay! The view of the beach was absolutely stunning, and the access was incredibly convenient, just a short, clean path and you’re there. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The kitchen had all the tools and utensils, making meals a breeze. Honestly, I could have packed way less because the home was so well-equipped. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing, stress-free beach getaway!

It was perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay. Its a great location (car-free beach) The host provides great thoughtful touches from charging stations to toiletries. This home is pet friendly but I say also messy kid friendly. The checkout process was quick and easy because the requirements are very minimal.

Perfect beach house! This beach house is so accommodating. From the amount of space to the beach supplies we felt right at home while we were here. The house was really clean inside and out,Bathrooms and kitchen were super clean. The bedrooms and amount of beds was perfect for our family. You can tell they really care for this house it’s also decorated really cute! The outside deck was so peaceful and the access to the beach was perfect!! There was plenty of play room for the kids downstairs but we did see snakes so be cautious! The binder in the living room has so much helpful information about the house and its amenities but also about the snakes! We would book this exact beach house again!!

Perfect property!

Excellent location viewing the ocean with private, lighted path to beach. Open kitchen with all the appliances and pots/pans, dishes you need. Coffee Bar. Perfect size for 6 adults and 2 small children and a dog. Washer/Dryer a bonus! Beach chairs, toys, WAGON, umbrella and more were so appreciated. Various types of sunscreen on welcome table came in handy when we ran out. Check in super easy and owners receptive to questions. Thank you!!

Great location off the beach. Nice and birght insode worh spacious rooms and nice updated kitchen. Enjoyed the spa like shower in the master bathroom. Would stay here again.

Great property right on the beach, with communal pool and marina just minutes away. Kitchen was well stocked and whole property was very clean. Our family had a great vacation and I would highly recommend this property!

Great location on the beach. The upper deck does Not have shade but the beach view/access can't be beat. We really appreciated having amenities! Charges everywhere, beach towels, filters for coffee, extras that made our stay super easy. Would stay here again!
