La Casa Bella on Sunset is a stand alone adobe casita in a compound of five casitas, just six walking blocks north of Santa Fe's historic plaza. It is serene and beautifully decorated with a professional flair of charm and sophistication. There are wood floors through out the home except for the Italian tile in the bath areas. The beautiful vaulted ten-foot ceilings are constructed of wood and vigas. La Casa Bella is approached by an adobe walled garden for your relaxation. The garden is shaded by aspen trees and lovely vine and is the perfect place to pull up to the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the four comfortable cushioned outdoor chairs with a glass of wine or a good book.Additionally there is a one car garage accessible from a rear entry. La Casa Bella has two fully appointed bedrooms, one with a king Tempurpedic bed on the lower level, and the guest room on the main floor is furnished with high end twin beds that can be converted to a king. The master bedroom has a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa and chair. Both bedrooms have full baths and walk-in closets The kitchen is designed for the gourmet cook with a five burner gas range. There is a corner kiva fireplace in the living room and an additional sleeper sofa. There are two televisions with Comcast and high speed internet. A Weber grill stands ready in the garage and there is a washer and dryer on the first floor. The entire home has stained plantation shutters throughout and windows are draped in sumptuous persimmon duponi silks and chocolate brown velvet. Las Casa Bella is a non smoking home and is truly a luxurious condominium.
La Casa Bella on Sunset is located in a tranquil neighborhood situated just six walking blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza and just 1.5 miles from Artist road which leads to the Santa Fe ski area and the famed spa of 10,000 waves. The Marcy community center and park is just four blocks away.La Casa Bella is truly a very special home for a memorable getaway or a romantic honeymoon . The Casita can accommodate a small family or group of four or two couples. Casa Bella can also be used for an extended stay, or as a temporary residence while in transition. Cozy , private, very charming and extremely well situated La Casa Bella is a perfect hideaway to experience Santa Fe!

Wonderful Place

We had an impromptu weekend in Santa Fe, and found this lovely gem. The place was beautiful and comfortable with just a short walk to the main plaza - exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great experience at La Casa Bella

The property was in great condition and worked perfectly for our family ski trip. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to be on the mountain side of town, along with close proximity to dining and other amenities downtown.

Beautiful, well appointed home in convenient area

So close to the mountain for easy driving to hiking/ski areas, yet also a quick walk into downtown Plaza area and all Santa Fe has to offer! The small shady patio is an extra bonus for a morning cup of coffee or evening drink.

Wonderful place and great location

We were a group of 4 women and really loved Kris’s place. Walking distance to the plaza and just 5 miles from great spas and hiking. The place has been decorated tastefully with all modern amenities. Would definitely one back.

Amazing Stay in Santa Fe!

Loved this property. Location was great, a few blocks from downtown and right off main road to Ski Santa Fe. Owner was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure our vacation went well. Left us a welcome basket and quickly shipped an item we mistakenly left behind. Kitchen was well appointed. Stay was comfortable and quiet!

Fantastic condo, well located

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella. The condo is really well located as well - made it a breeze to get to the ski slopes as well as the main plaza in the evenings. Kris was a great host. He had a bottle of champagne and snacks waiting for us on arrival (it was a trip over NYE), and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations! All in all, we had an amazing time, and would definitely stay here again!

Love the location

Fun ski trip. Love the location. We were actually able to walk to La Boca on Christmas Eve to avoid the parking restrictions due to Christmas walk on Canyon Road. Unit is clean. It is not a typical condo, rather like a small house. A bit dark on the inside but very roomy. We enjoyed it.

My husband and I stayed here Christmas Eve thru New Year’s Eve, along with my sister-in-law. This house is just as pictured, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had no issues and most importantly, Kris was very responsive to all emails and questions asked. We hated to leave and absolutely loved Santa Fe. The house is perfectly located to the Plaza and well within walking distance to the Plaza, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Casa Bella again. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Location

Our family visited Casa Bella for Spring Break 2019. It is a perfect floor plan for a family and in an ideal location. Quick drive up to the slopes to ski and within walking distance to several dining options. All the kitchen tools were available and the welcome basket of goodies was so thoughtful. I really appreciated how quickly Kris replied to all of my questions. This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to the limited and somewhat uncomfortable seating in the main living area. Since we were there in the winter our evenings were spent indoors so the comfort of this space was important. If you visit Santa Fe in the Spring/Summer/Fall the outdoor space will make up for the smallish indoor living room.

A quiet and private location with quick and easy access to central Santa Fe and restaurants. Beautifully furnished and decorated at designer level. Modern bathrooms with lots of towels available! Comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Very well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more. Immaculately clean. The owner was very helpful and prompt with responses. The pre-arrival messages had lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. We had evening wine on the courtyard patio and listened to the birds. A great stay, just sorry we had to leave so soon! All very comfortable, easy to find and close-in. We definitely hope to use again if in Santa Fe!

Casa Bella is Perfect!

Casa Bella is the perfect VRBO casita in Santa Fe. So much thoughtfulness was put into every detail. From the bedding to the kitchen accessories, they have gone above and beyond. My family spent 10 days there over the Thanksgiving holiday and were want for nothing that didn't come from the grocery store. The location is perfect (about a 5-7 minute walk to the Plaza) in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the street for our large SUV, but a garage that would be easily used for a smaller vehicle. Owner is kind and attentive, but not overbearing or unrealistic. Fees for cleaning, etc. were more reasonable than many other properties we looked at. We give this place an A+++ and will certainly stay again if available on our next trip to beautiful Santa Fe.

Beautiful little house

This pretty condo is more like a little house. It has a beautiful kitchen and sunny living room, very comfortable bedrooms and large bathrooms and closets. It's perfect for two friends traveling together but would also work for two couples. One bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or as one king bed. The area is very quiet. The garage is a big plus. The garage access is via the alley. The garage size is ample for a mid-size SUV, though getting in and out of the garage requires a bit of maneuvering. We parked the car in the garage and used uber or lyft for transportation which worked quite well. Check in instructions and directions were very clear and simple. Our host Kris was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
