Duncan House was built in 1920 and has unique architecture. Come and relax in the old-world charm with modern amenities. The house is centrally located ... walk to downtown shopping, the beach and great restaurants. Duncan House has been tastefully updated. We have added central air conditioning which is rare for a house of this vintage.
