The cottage was originally built as an in-law suite. It has its own private entrance, front porch, and fenced yard. It is attached to the original 102-year-old home only through a shared laundry room. All entry doors are equipped with deadbolts for your privacy and security. Rental is licensed and permitted by the City of Roseville. Required TOT taxes (10%)are included in the rent.
