This property was absolutely amazing!! It was exactly what we needed and we have made some wonderful memories with our family here 10/10 would stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to snowbowl and drive to the house was easy even in snow. Would recommend to anyone considering this place.
We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from NAU after a recommendation from a friend. It worked out perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone and the deck is the best part to enoy the weather and watch the squirrels!. Highly recommend!
This house was everything we had hoped for and more!
We stayed Ashley’s property for a week during Christmas and loved it. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is also perfect.
We are already planning our next trip back!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
It is a great house in a nice neighborhood and is close to everything. There is a park and beautiful walking trails. However, the house was not very clean. The floors were dirty, and the dishwasher had standing water at the bottom and smelled bad. The trash bins were full with no space for our trash. Under the sofa cushions was filthy. We did not have enough blankets and paper towels. Communication with the host was poor and not much effort to resolve the issues. We still had a good time and enjoy the house.

Hi Yolanda,
Thanks for your review. However, I would say some of your points were not accurate and I wish to always be transparent with our potential guests. Every single one of your messages was responded to within a few hours, like we always do with all of our guests. And in regards to the dishwasher, you told me the night before you left that the dishwasher wasn't working the whole time. I apologized and told you I wish you would have told me so I could have gotten it fixed. If we do not know it stopped working, we cannot get it fixed. And you came during the holidays, when many people's dumpsters are full. I responded right away and told you to just stack the trash up next to the dumpster outside and we would take care of it. Every bed has a comforter, and I am sorry if you had extra people who needed additional comforters, but do not provide more comforters than beds. We did discuss with our cleaner based on your feedback to get the floors as clean as possible.
