We are proud to introduce our new addition to our inventory of summer beach rentals. Your beach home, located on the main level of a 2-family home: a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom with an open Kitchen/Living rm concept. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV and a 60-inch TV in the living room.
Our beach house is centrally located; approx. 4 to 5 homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean. Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable. We offer 2-free street parking passes (additional parking spaces may be available $$) plus up to 6-beach badges (a minimum total savings of $500).

We are located beach block, just 3 to 4 homes from the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, Free Concerts on Thursday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.
ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Free Range rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).
ITEMS OF INTEREST:
No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
The Backyard has two picnic tables and two propane grills, and all exterior facilities are sharable and common.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
This is a multi-family building, footsteps from guests utilizing the upstairs unit may be heard during your stay. You will have access to the first-floor apartment of this building.
There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. Guest must find their own free street parking.
The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable, garbage be put in the plastic bags, placed in the garbage can.
Leave all bed linens on the beds and unit must be in a broom-clean prior to departure, place beach passes and parking passes on kitchen table, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
