Boat launch close by so bring your boat and enjoy all that Branch Lake has to offer. Take the Canoe for a nature lovers tour or fish until your heart's content. We are an American family who has lived oversees for the last 8 years and recently moved back to the US to Connecticut. My husband grew up in New England and I grew up in California. We have 2 sons and 2 dogs and enjoy spending time traveling the world.

Why they chose this property

I chose this home as part of my husbands dream to own on this lake. He grew up renting a camp on Branch Lake and has fond memories of fishing with his father and grandpa. I had little experience on this lake but ended up buying this house and remodeling it without my husband ever seeing it! Talk about pressure. The good news is he loves it as much as I do and our 11 year old son thinks it is "the bomb".

What makes this property unique

The lake is the centerpiece of this home but I must say I have created a cozy and fully functioning home with a "cabin" type charm. One of the benefits is that it is a split level home with 2 masters so very convenient to vacation with friends or family. Downstairs has 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single bed to sleep 5, upstairs has 1 king, 1 double and 1 single to also sleep 5. There is a huge reclining sofa upstairs that could easily accommodate a couple more kids...
