Remodeled 2024 Gulf side Studio for a single or couple sleeps 2 people. No Pets
This unit has a new luxury Queen bed with full bath with Tub/Shower combo. This also has a new kitchen with brand new refrigerator, air fryer microwave Combo brand new cabinets butcher block counter, and a beautiful upgraded Porcelain sink with gold fixtures, luxury vinyl planking. This unit has everything you need! This unit is located, approximately 1600 block of via DeLuna Drive

In front of the unit it has a nice deck with a table and chairs to enjoy the outside. We offer a grill and super nice furnishing. It a short 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico or the bay. We are on the gulf side 3 miles from the entrance to the beach on the main road 1690 Via De Luna Dr.

Nice location, room had everything we needed, was clean, could have used a small table next to the bathroom sink, and the shower curtain touches you while you shower but other than that it was perfect.

Solo trip to the beach

Check in was easy and Vinny was really nice. He checked to make sure I got in ok and let me know he was available if I needed anything. The rental was just as it appeared in the photos and very clean. As a woman traveling by herself I felt safe at this location and would stay here again.

Great location and just enough space

We stayed for a long weekend to take an offshore fishing trip. The unit was just enough space for two of us to comfortably rest our heads at night. And it was a closer walk to the beach! Thanks so much!

Perfect place for a couple. Close to the beach.

We had an amazing weekend. 21st anniversary. We live local and needed peace and quiet. This place was perfect. Only cons was the view and no cooktop. Didn't bother us a bit but might be a problem if we were staying longer. Recommend a hot plate. Thank you Vincent.

perfect getaway for two!

this place was absolutely wonderful and we had an amazing time! it was in a great location not too far from all the restaurants and entertainment in Pensacola. the closest beach access was also not very busy and had a beautiful sunset! the listing also had a very good air conditioner close to the bed which was awesome and it always smelled so so good in there. would definitely recommend to a couple looking for a nice place to stay in pensacola:) thanks so much for letting us stay Vinny!

Quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay at Vincent's place. He was very helpful. The studio was very close to the beach and it was an easy walk. Only suggestion for Vincent would be to add darkening shades for front window as the neighbors motion light shines directly in. Would definitely recommend for couples.

It is a fair place for a couple, a romantic outing, anniversary.

The location is excellent, there is a lot of activity nearby, the area of the house is very quiet, and the beach is relatively close. The property is very clean, and the barbecue area is cozy. Just what my husband and I needed to celebrate our anniversary.

Perfect Getaway for a Couple

The property is just as listed. It is the perfect sized studio for two people to enjoy. I appreciated the host for supplying a cooler, two beach chairs, and an umbrella for guests. The check in process was very easy, and we had no issues during our stay. The walk to the beach is just about 2 minutes with perfect beach access away from the crowded condo areas. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Perfect for a couples getaway

We spent a long weekend at the studio del sol for our wedding anniversary. Vinny is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. It’s just a short walk (a block) to the beach and a short drive to all the great restaurants on Pensacola beach! We’ve stayed here several times and always happy.

Awesome in every way

Awesome little studio. For the 2 of us was perfect. Having the chairs avaliable to use was great plus for the beach. Quiet beach just minutes walk away and family friendly. Was in the water every day. We didn't cook but appeared there was enough in the kitchen. Excellent communication with Vinny, any questions was quick to get back to us. Will definitely stay again. Gem Studio accommodation short walk to the beach

We were pleasantly surprised to find affordable accommodations near Pensacola Beach on short notice. We were doubly pleased with the accommodations once we arrived. The place was just as described. Communication regarding check-in was excellent. Vinny was the most accommodating property manager/owner I have ever dealt with! Everything exceeded our expectations. It is only a short (maybe two block) stroll to a beautiful uncrowded beach. The property owner thoughtfully provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for our use. The studio had a range, refrigerator with ice maker, a microwave, and better than average WIFI. There was also a small but adequate deck with a BBQ grill for our enjoyment. As a couple this was plenty roomy enough for us, definitely roomier than most hotel rooms where we have stayed. Location was a short drive to many Beach restaurants. We had a delightful stay!
