The loft area has been redesigned and refurnished, featuring new linens, updated decor, and thoughtful accents throughout to create a cozy, inviting space for relaxation.

The main level features a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a real wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day on the lake or the slopes. In summer, the living space extends to the wraparound deck with filtered lake views, outdoor dining, and a BBQ, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor Tahoe experience. The adjacent kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dining area, offering a convenient setup for family meals and social gatherings. This floor also provides two guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with three twin beds—plus a full shared bathroom.
