My condo is located directly on the Gulf Ocean side view within the The Pelican Beach Resort Complex. The Pelican Beach Resort is a Family Oriented Complex , with a ton of amenities not to mention was just voted the best beach in Florida! It is located in the Heart of Destin just across the Street from the Big Kahuna's Waterpark and just down the street from The Track that hosts Go Karts, Miniature Golf and More! There is practically any type of restaurant within 5 minutes and don't forget about the Famous Harbor Walk area and Marina where you can eat, shop or reserve a water taxi, fish or schedule a water excursion. The Pelican Beach Resort is just 25 minutes away from VPS airport and only 7 miles away from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall.

Our Gulf-View Premium Two Bedroom/Two Bath Condo is located on the 3rd floor conveniently next to the elevator, and the stairs. Avoid the long elevator waits during the busy Spring & Summer seasons being our unit is located on the 3rd floor right by the staircase and covered parking area. This lovely two bedroom unit is in the perfect location to enjoy beautiful beach front views and colorful sunsets. The Condo has just been completely renovated and updated which includes New Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Countertops with All New Stainless Steel Appliances, large tile on diagonal throughout the Kitchen and Living room area and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the Bedrooms. The bathrooms have been completely redone with new tile floors, tile shower and bath surrounds, New Vanities with Granite Tops . Both Bedroom suites are Brand New with Memory Foam Mattresses. New living room furniture which includes a Flexsteel Queen Sofa Sleeper Couch and a 65" LED Flatscreen TV, DVD Player. We have plenty of Sand Toys and Floats for our Guests to use along with a Pack-N-Play for those traveling with Little Ones! Amenities include but not limited to a tennis court, 3 pools which includes a Heated Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Kids Pool and Large Outdoor Pool with view of the Gulf, Covered Hot Tub just steps off of the Beach, Sauna, Exercise Room, Steam Room, Arcade Room, and Seasonal Café and Tiki Bar out on the Beach!

After making your way into our unit you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony with new patio furniture which has a southeasterly unobstructed view of the gulf and coastline.
The Two bedroom unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Master Bedroom has New King Bed with Brand New Memory Foam Mattress, a 50” Flatscreen TV & DVD Player, with on-suite bath. Guest bedroom has a Brand New Queen Storage Bed with a Brand New Memory Foam Mattress and a 27” Flatscreen TV, and there is a Queen pull-out sofa in the Living room. Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, and blender and cutlery. The dining area seats four (4) around the table and there are three (3) bar stools at the kitchen counter as well. Fully Stocked with linens and towels.
Wireless WIFI Internet Included, Cable Television with DVD Player in the Living Room and Master Bedroom and Cable Television in the Guest Bedroom.
Check-in is about as easy as it can get, no waiting just go right to the elevator or staircase located next to the entrance from the parking garage side and proceed to the 3rd floor. There is an electronic lock on the door that operates off of a numeric code. The Front Desk will provide you a door code and parking pass the week of your stay. No need to worry about the chance of loosing your keys at the beach or pool. We provide a different code to each guest and your code will terminate when you leave. The code expires at Checkout time unless otherwise approved so don't forget anything inside the condo, because you wont be able to get back in after checkout time.
Please remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool and the beach, as the linens and towels provided must stay in the condo.
